Our house is perfect for small families with children or couples. Open-style living, tucked in nature bordering a reserve, "WOW" sunsets, view of Fort Pond, big front lawn, secluded 14'x 30' stone patio, elevated 12' x 20' wood deck in front south-facing, and an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower. A WALK TO THE OCEAN, town, shops, restaurants, and bus. Recently purchased beds, comfy furniture, new mini-split ac/heating system, a fully equipped kitchen, and most everything else you will need to have a great time at the beach! Exceptional Bird watching. Access to a vegetable garden in season!

Another perfect week in Montauk..comfortable beds and couches, great deck, patio and grill. Andrew has everything you could possibly need including books and board games, beach gear-chairs, umbrellas, coolers, skim and boogie boards. Updated air units made bedrooms nice and cool for the one warm night; otherwise no need as the many windows provide great breezes. We love staying here and plan to return next summer.

Time with the famiky

Andrew’s place was the perfect location for our family. We could walk to town and many shops and restaurants. The place had everything a family would need for the beach and pool. He even had a wonderful garden that he encouraged us to utilize. We love it and will definitely be back next summer.

Best Location Montauk

The house is just up the street from downtown and down the street from the train, Navy Beach and Surf Lodge. Just perfectly situated for the beach and had ample chairs and beach toys. Moreover the kitchen, while small, has both a wide variety and excellent type of pans and a great gas stove, though the knives do need sharpening.

Great Beachy Montauk Home!

We had a great time at Andrew's home! Perfect location: 10 min walk to the beach, teen boys could ride around all day to town, beach, etc. The house had everything you could have wanted/needed & more. We made a great meal with the veggies we collected from the garden and used the grill for a few BBQs. Overall, a lovely stay!

One week in Montauk -great location

Exactly as advertised except for a missing iron. Not a worry. Place is short pleasant walk to village and to beach. Everything in reach waking or better on bicycle. One patio and one deck. Outdoor shower is perfect after day at beach. We had a great time. Kitchen is a little small but great open area. Did not use dishwasher. Brought paper goods. Quiet location. Access to beach was easy with bikes. I brought a bike trailer to carry all beach carry and attached to one of the bikes. Worked nicely. Access to garden was a nice touch with fresh beans. On bathroom was workable for four adults with the outdoor shower.

Our family had such a lovely time staying in Andrew's home. It is an inviting and comfortable place with lots of history, warmth, and positive energy. All of the common spaces inside and out are perfect for lounging, reading, and socializing. We made use of the grill, beach chairs, bikes, picked fresh vegetables in the garden, enjoyed beautiful sunsets, and only used the outside shower because it was wonderful. The home is so open, airy, and catches beautiful light at all times of day. It just felt great to be there and was super convenient to everything we wanted to do. Andrew is an excellent and highly responsive host.

Comfortable house and great location

Another great stay at this comfortable home. We loved the new kitchen upgrade, cozy beds, sunsets on the porch, bbq dinners on the patio. Great tv/ Netflix and board game selection for the one rainy day. Kids love the short walk/bike ride to town and the beach. This house has all you need for a great beach getaway.

Perfect week

We had another terrific, comfortable stay in Montauk. Highlights were sunsets on the deck, and cooking dinners outside using the amazing new grill. Kids used the bikes daily for the 2 minute trip into town and beach. The perfect beach vacation!

My family and I enjoyed our week staying in this house. It literally had everything you could need - even toys and a high chair for our baby. You can’t beat the location. I would be able to walk baby back to the house in a stroller so that my older one could stay at the beach a while longer. That alone was a lifesaver. Andrew was a very responsive host!

Convenient Location with Excellent Amenities

My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Montauk In Nature Home. As visitors from the west we appreciated the excellent support and communication from our host, who provided us with essential transportation information to get to the property from Kennedy Airport without incident. The property itself was roomy and inviting; with excellent views and beautiful light; especially in the evenings. We appreciated the location, which allowed us to walk and bike to downtown and the beach. We enjoyed taking advantage of the well maintained bikes, as well as the beautiful back porch, and the refreshing outdoor shower. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Great Escape!

We just loved our trip to Montauk this year! This was the perfect house for us. It has a laid back feel with a lot of charm. You can watch the sunset through the room filled with windows. The house has everything you need. There seriously was not one thing we needed! From bikes to beach chairs, swing sets to ping pong tournaments, coffee makers to blenders, towels to fans for each room, board games to dvds... there is nothing you need to go out to find! It is in this house for you. The owner is easy to get in touch with and quick to help with anything all. Location is everything for us! You can walk or bike right into town within minutes. We hope to be back to this house in the future!

Perfect quiet spot right outside of town

Another great week in Montauk. House is comfortable and can't beat the location right outside of town! Owner makes things so easy- provides directions and access to beaches, bikes available for use, great yard and deck and plenty of games and movies if it rains. We'll be back!
