Wonderful 2-bedroom apartment in Block B of the Skol Building, on the beachfront of Marbella centre. In an idyllic location, this holiday home is surrounded by all amenities and services the city has to offer; it is a stone's throw away from the Paseo Marítimo and the Puerto Deportivo, with its daytime water sports and complementary nightlife, and less than a 10m walk to the Casco Antiguo and its vast historical and cultural heritage.

The spacious apartment comprises: large living room with flat-screen TV, dining area for 4 people, and access to the private terrace with views to the Mediterranean and the communal gardens and pools; cozy fully-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, washing machine, etc.; master bedroom with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, and views to the park; second bedroom with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, and a small desk for remote work; and marble bathroom with bathtub and exterior window. The apartment is equipped with centralised A/C throughout, and 100Mb fiber-optic Wi-Fi.

Access to the apartment is by stairs so it is not accessible by wheelchair.

Met wat aanpassingen een fijn appartement.
Prima ligging met geweldig uitzicht. Veilig gebouw met conciërge. Inrichting van het appartement was goed, maar de keuken was onvoldoende. In de koelkast vroor het op sommige delen en de vriezer vormde veel sneeuw en ijs aan de buitenkant, waardoor de deur niet meer wilde sluiten. Geen schoonmaakproducten, afwasborstel of stofzuiger aanwezig. 1 theedoek voor 17 dagen is erg weinig. Wel verwarming in alle ruimtes. Dat was fijn in de winter. Maar de slaapkamer aan de achterkant van het gebouw was zeer gehorig. Ook staan daar onder het raam alle vuilcontainers van het complex en die worden regelmatig 's nachts geleegd. Wij moesten het appartement voortijdig verlaten vanwege bouw- en breek werkzaamheden van de naaste buren.

The final cleaning of the apartment is included as long as the apartment is left tidy, without dirty dishes or utensils, and the rubbish is taken out to the street container. You do not need to wash towels or sheets; we do this in our own laundry.
