Very nice and quit place. Priceless view over the sea and the port. The apartment is clean and tidy with all the nessesary equipment. There is parkingspace belonging to the apartment. We had a fantastic stay in this place

Gorgeous view and great location

We love PP and have been visiting for years. The property was good and the view from the balcony was lovely. It could do with a little touch up here and there and there some essential items missing from the kitchen which would have been useful. The air conditioning unit was small so the whole property took a long time to cool down and remain cool during the hotter summer days and nights. We stayed there with two children but I don’t think it’s particularly child friendly from a comfort perspective.

Superbe terrasse!

Appartement vieillissant mais entretenu, bien équipé et propre. Literie de qualité, climatisation très appréciable. Attention eau non potable (salée) prévoir eau en bouteille pour cuisiner. Très bien placé à 8 min à pied du port où il y a des restaurants et petits supermarchés et à 5 min en voiture de cala d'or où il y a encore plus de restaurants et commerces. Beaucoup de magnifiques criques aux alentours. Superbe terrasse et superbe vue. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Wir, meine Frau und unser Säugling, fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung. Wir hatten mehr als nur ausreichend Platz für uns 3. Ein schöner Urlaub. Die Klimaanlage kühlt leider nur das Wohnzimmer. Die Spülmaschine spült leider schwach.

Wohnung mit „Hafenkino“

Schön gelegene Wohnung mit vollem Blick auf die Bucht von Porto Pedro. In der Wohnung ist alles Wesentliche vorhanden, Zugang zur Bucht wie im Inserat beschrieben. Zu beachten ist: Kein voller Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse, ist so zumindest im Hochsommer nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, die Anzahl der Liegen (2) entspricht nicht der Bettenzahl (4). Das 2. Schlafzimmer liegt mit dem Fenster zur Straße, die Straße ist führt nach Cala D‘Or und ist stark befahren, auch Nachts. Keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Wäschepaket besteht aus jeweils nur einem Handtuch. Parkplatz vor der Tür kein Problem.

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Hafen von Porto Petro. Modernes neues Mobiliar und blitzsauber. Trotz Teilüberdachung der Terrasse wäre ein Sonnenschirm oder Sonnensegel bei bestimmten Sonnenstand von Vorteil.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles wie zu den Photos beschrieben. Wunderbare Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Hafen Porto Petro. Schöne Schlafzimmer mit guten, bequemen Betten. Gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer, zweckmässig eingerichete Küche. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Guter Ausgangsort für verschiedenste Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir vermissten einzig bei den Küchenutensilien ein Schneidebrett zum Rüsten von Früchten und Gemüse oder zum Schneiden von Brot. Sonst alles bestens.

Mallorca - wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren vom ersten Augenblick an des Betretens der Wohnung begeistert. Sie entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung mit ihren Photos. Herrlicher Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Hafen von Portopetro. Zweckmässige Küche, zwei schöne Schlafzimmer, alle Betten mit bequemen Matratzen, gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer. Der Ort liegt sehr zentral für vielerlei Ausflüge. Wir können diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!

Toller Ausblick sehr netter Ort gute Insellage

Die Hafenlage mit eigenem Einstieg ins Wasser ist perfekt bei warmem Wetter und den grandiosen Ausblick haben wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen! Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten konnte es nicht besser sein. Für die Klimaanlage und für die Heizung im Bad fehlte eine Bedienungsableitung und die Dunstabzugshaube funktionierte nicht. In der Spülmaschine fehlte der Klarspüler - das wäre bei einer Woche Urlaub dumm den selber kaufen zu müssen. Ansonsten alles wunderbar.
