Welcome to the Carabela 51 Apartment! Situated on the seafront and very close to the marina of Puerto de Alcúdia, an exceptionally privileged location in the centre of one of Europe's top holiday destinations. With direct access to Alcúdia's stunning white sand beach and also to the shared private swimming pool with sun loungers reserved exclusively for the residents of this building, the Carabela 51 apartment is perfect for those looking for a beach holiday with all the comforts.The apartment sleeps up to four people, with two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds.The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a cosy and fully furnished living-dining room with Smart TV, as well as a completely equipped open-plan kitchen. From the living room there is access to the terrace where you have at your disposal another table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals accompanied by the refreshing breeze of the Mediterranean Sea.Remark 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the guests from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from your deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable. Remark 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where the space allows the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person and day. Remark 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00. Remark 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.Remark 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.Remark 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.

Comfort and convenience on hand with this apartment

The apartment is clean and comfortable and located centrally in Puerto d’Alcudia, close to shops, restaurants and only steps from the sea. It is very well kitted out with everything you need for your stay. The pool is close by and well maintained. Sebastian was very helpful and extremely responsive with our queries. The furnishings are a little dated, it’s not quite as nice as in the photos.

Perfect location

Excellent apartment on the perfect location. Nice views from the terras and great service from mallorca holiday properties. Already told Perre about some details in the bathrooms, put a top matras on the double bed (too hard) and change the sofa for a sofa-bed.

Wonderful stay in our favourite place

The apartment was well-equipped, airy and comfortable. Wonderful views of the beach from the balcony and bedrooms. We enjoyed the swimming pool - not too busy and had no problems finding a sun lounger. Great location - close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants - within walking distance of the beautiful Alcudia Old Town. We received lots of useful information about the local area, which was much appreciated. The beds in the second bedroom could do with ansoon - they were a little uncomfortable but bearable.

Good location

Its first line to the beach, and has access to a pool just next door, the location is great, there is somewhat night life going on, but it ends around 23:00 ish. The furniture is well used, and could use a replacement. The double bed was good, the two single beds were very soft. We had no water on the second day, but the hero Juan called the plumber and it was fixed within a few hours, no hazzels. Some lids for the pots Mosquitonet for the small windows + bed room would be superb

Mooi appartement op top locatie

Mooi ruim en schoon appartement met prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie is geweldig, aan het strand en dicht bij de haven. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.

Beautiful seafront apartment

Very nice appartement next to the beach and 200 m from centre and restaurants. The pool is very nice, plenty of sunbeds. The kitchen has good facilities and plenty of dishes. The balcony has views to the beach and seafront walk, nicely in shade in the afternoon. We enjoyed sitting there in the evening!

Nicht zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft ist eher billig ausgestattet. Die Betten sind hart wie Stein und man kann nicht darauf liegen. Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert! Balkontür ging bei Ankunft nicht auf. Das ganze Haus ist extrem hellhörig! Täglich waren Bauarbeiten in der Anlage zu hören. Am Schlimmsten war jedoch die Kälte. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft völlig ausgekühlt. In der Beschreibung stand, dass sie über eine Heizung verfügt. Leider gab es nur eine im Wohn und Essraum, die insgesamt wenig Wärme brachte. Wir haben mit Pullover geschlafen und es war insgesamt so unzumutbar, so dass wir ins Hotel gezogen sind. Die Agentur Mallorca properties kam uns preislich nicht entgegen. Man wollte den Eigentümer nach einem Preisnachlass fragen und sich bei uns melden, was nie erfolgte. Auch eine zusätzliche E Mail unsererseits blieb unbeantwortet. So etwas würde es in Deutschland bei Beschwerden niemals geben. Unser Urlaub war leider insgesamt dadurch wenig erholsam und wir durften doppelt zahlen. Das Apartement kann unserer Meinung nach nicht in kaltem Monaten und zu diesem hohen Preis vermietet werden. Preis Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis.
