The Space:
Dacama @ Dene Grove has modern and stylish interiors throughout. The property has an open plan kitchen, living and dining room which is the real hub of the house. With two comfy sofas and a flat screen TV with Freeview, this is the perfect spot to relax after a busy day. Beautifully styled, you’ll find patterned cushions and colourful wall prints throughout the space.

Fully equipped for self-catering stays, the shaker style kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare meals easily. You can make use of the oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. The kitchen also has a dishwasher and washing machine so it’s ideal for longer staycations.

Also sharing this space is the dining area which includes a large table and six comfortable chairs. You can enjoy meals here with the rest of your party or work here as it also doubles up as a laptop friendly workspace.

Dacama @ Dene Grove has three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is a spacious twin room with an en suite shower room. The second bedroom is also a twin and in the final room, you’ll find a double. Each bedroom has premium bed linens and bedding to ensure you have the most comfortable sleep possible. Please note both twin rooms can be made up as Super King beds if this is more suitable for your stay.

The main bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower, WC and basin.

Outside you’ll find a pebbled yard area with outdoor seating. Ideal for warmer days, you can eat al fresco style or take your business calls in the sunshine. For added security, a gate has been installed on the yard to ensure that this space is fully enclosed.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

There is free on site parking for up to two vehicles.

You can travel by train to London or Edinburgh from Darlington in just over 2 hours, or Leeds, York and Newcastle in less than an hour. With direct north-south and east-west road connections via the A1(M) and A66, Darlington provides a fast connection with the area and the rest of the country.

With excellent bus routes from Arriva and National Express you can explore the North East and beyond with ease while taking in the views.

Just 8.5 miles away you will find Teesside International Airport which connects Darlington to a selection of UK and European cities.
