Not what we expected

The grounds of the resort were beautiful. Pool was only open until 7 which wasn’t great. The villa itself was not at all what we expected. It smelled horrible. The one air conditioner that was there barely worked and only slightly cooled the one room it was in. Temperature at its coolest in the room was 83 degrees. We were told by property workers that it was “chilly” when we complained of the heat. No cleaning services were provided. We were only provided with 4 towels for the 4 days we were there. The cabinets in the kitchen had horrible smells coming from them. We did not eat there or use the appliances other than the small fridge which barely cooled the water we put in it. Would not stay here again.
