La casa está muy bien ubicada, y el jardín y el porche están estupendos. En general la casa está muy bien. El único inconveniente es el gallinero del vecino, el fallo se pone como loco de madrugada y está pegado a la casa. Alguna mejora que podrían implementar: copas pra vino y cubatas, una paellera, un lavavajillas y cambiar algún colchón de la habitación aislada.
