Tolles Hauskonzept für zwei Familien

Das Konzept des Hauses ist perfekt für zwei Familien mit Kindern. Toll eingebettet in 12‘000 m2 Land, ruhig, ländlich und doch ist man in 5 Min. mit dem Auto am Meer. Toller Pool und super Grillstelle mit Pizzaofen. Die Ausstattung ist ok, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man hat etwas den Eindruck, dass schon länger nichts mehr investiert wurde. Eine dezente Modernisierung würde dem Haus sehr gut tun.
