Very nice condo with a magnificent gulf view.

The condo was stocked with all the basic necessities. The resort also had carts available by the elevators to bring your luggage up. We were a short distance away from the elevator, which made for a short distance away from parking, the pool, and beach. I would definitely stay there again!

Family Vacation

Clean, comfortable stay! Everything is well kept and clean, even the refrigerator! We were happy to see a keurig and other unexpected things that helped accommodate our family. We appreciated the convenient private parking space as well as early check in. Nice view and right above the pool so we could sit on the balcony while still keeping up with our kiddos. Would stay here again, no doubt!

Loved that we all had our own separate bedrooms & bath. View was amazing and loved having the extra beach towels. Condo was beautiful, but for 6 adults guests, I wish there was enough comfy seating in the living room for all of us. In all, loved our stay, how close we were to all amenities of Okaloosa Island, and the gorgeous beach!

Nice condo

We enjoyed our visit. The condo is nice. It has more kitchen dishes and utensils than others we have stayed in. Some of the furniture is worn out but still usable. Enjoyed the beach chair service. It’s only a mile to a Publix grocery store and several restaurants. Master bathroom is very nice.

Great location and wonderful property!

The biggest thing I want to say about our stay was the level of communication from Kimberly Lang was exceptional. We had multiple families staying at the same property that rented from other people. There was construction going on with the property at the time we were staying and we were the only family that knew what was going on. Kim and her team stayed in constant communication with us and were quick to answer any questions. We will be back next year and renting with her again!

The property had a great view and overall experience was ok. The only thing that I had communicated with the property manager was roaches everywhere and I think it should be addressed. Parking although we didn't get the assigned lot, it wasn't much of an issue as it had a lot of parking spaces.

Our stay at the Island Princess met all our expectations. The unit was spacious, well furnished, and clean. The ocean view was amazing. We were literally steps from the beach! The location was great too. We were minutes from lots of restaurants and shops in Ft. Walton Beach and Destin. We did have a problem with the air conditioning, but I called the office and someone was there to fix it within an hour! Great service. We will definitely be back to the area and will look to rebook at the Island Princess.
