Great location

This apartment is in a perfect location for exploring Florence. Perfect size for a family. We used the left luggage facility at nearby Bounce, as it wasn't possible to store our bags in the apartment.

Amazing stay in Florence. We loved the apartment and the amazing view and location. After 8 days of navigating around France and Italy, to be able to get off the train, get onto one tram directly to our apartment was an absolute dream. Check in was straight forward and easy. Isabella gave us a business card for the restaurant directly downstairs and the food was delicious and the service was friendly. We could walk to everything-the Galleria dell'Accademia was literally around the corner, making an early morning visit to the David relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back.

Great Stay in Florence

Fantastic apartment! It had everything as advertised—two comfortable bedrooms, two clean bathrooms, and even a washing machine that worked perfectly. The location was ideal. The tram stopped right in front of the building, and we were just around the corner from Michelangelo’s David at the Accademia Gallery. There were tons of great restaurants just steps away, which made dining out easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice Apartment and Location - lots of stairs...

Nice apartment and location. Tram and buses right in front. Some misunderstandings with host due to language but eventually resolved. Description did not say three flights of stairs to climb - we have personal mobility issues so this was a bit of a problem. Otherwise very nice.

Fun in Florence

A nice 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with room for our family of four. The location was great! Close to the train station, museums, shops and food. The only drawback was multiple flights of steps. The building does not include an elevator. We enjoyed the walk ability to lots of sites!

everything is advertised for this property you will get, we had an amazing stay at the apartment it had everything we needed for family of 5 and the best part is that you can walk to pretty much all the touristic places in Florence.

Greatly located appartment in Florence

Great appartment located a few minutes walk from Duomo, fully equipped with everything needed to cook. We went to the Accademia restaurant as recommended by Elisabetta and we had a great meal and a great time.

Great location in Florence!

We enjoyed the walk ability of this property. Short, easy walks to Santa Maria Novella train station and all the main sights in Florence. Buses are also easily accessible outside the building and grocery markets are close by as well as many bars and restaurants.

Beautifully appointed central apartment

This is a beautiful apartment and had everything we needed for a family of five. It was very clean and comfortable with 3 sleeping rooms and 2 bathrooms. Its close proximity to all the sights in Florence meant we could walk everywhere, and we walked with our luggage from the train station. The owner was very friendly and helpful and gave us all the information about shops and restaurants. We'd love to stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful location

The apartment was as advertised--two comfortable bedrooms, two very nice bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen, a nice living/dining area, and a small balcony with a view of the Duomo and Campanile. The location was perfect--just around the corner from the Gallerie dell'Accademia and a little less than a 10-minute walk to the Duomo. Elisabetta was a charming and gracious host. Thank you!

Perfect location and comfort!!!

My husband and daughter and I stayed in July of 2018 for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have AC in the summer heat. The apartment was huge and very clean. We couldn't believe we got to overlook the Duomo from the back balcony and San Marco square from the front of the apartment - what a treat! We would love to stay here every time we come to Florence! Check in and check out were made very simple and quick with perfect instructions sent to us well in advance. What a treasure!

March Stay

The apartment is right on San Marco Sq. which is a great location. We were literally 65 steps to the Academia and the best sandwich shop was right on the corner. Unfortunately, they are doing extensive work on the square and loud construction noise began at 7:30 am. The apartment was well appointed and spacious for three women. We enjoyed sitting in the family room area at night recapping the day and making plans for our next day. We highly recommend staying here. (Check with the city to see if construction is complete on San Marco Sq. Otherwise bring earplugs). Enjoy the conveniences and comfort of this apartment!

Stay away from this rental place. Owner is not one to work with guests!

The apartment is situated in a great part of the city and has plenty of space that is it, but terrible experience. The owner was a nightmare to deal with, read old reviews to see this is nothing new. She responded to some questions before booking, She said she did not know if she would be there to greet us gave us the codes. The day before I texted her letting her know our arrival time and plans and asking if someone would meet us, no answer. Day of our travel to Florence texted her asking best way to reach her with kids from the train station, no answer. Arrived about 30min before her 2pm check in time, texted to ask if we could access the apartment a bit early? No answer. We went to look for some lunch with all our bags to not go in before time. Tried to turn on the air conditioner units one at a time, we are very familiar with how these work. Non of them were working, texted to ask for help if there was a trick or something (electricity key was in the wall, you have to put this in and take out when you come and go). No answer for hours. It was so hot, we could not stay there, we went for a walk and took a tour. When she finally appeared she was rude, blamed the situation on us, said she would look for a technician but we would have to stay in the apartment to wait the following day and she did not know “if” or “when” he would show up. Excuse me? She then demanded we go back to trouble shoot the system before she would make technician calls. We left what we were doing to do everything she asked. Failed again we texted her, NO answer, we asked for fans, NO answer. We called her several times, nothing! Fed up I called VRBO. They also tried contacting her: NO answer. VRBO placed us in a hotel for the night. She went insane saying we did not comply, it was our fault and suddenly she became available that night to go the place and by miracle found a tech that night. At 9pm she wanted us to return with my kids from the hotel. emails, texts went back and forth. She emailed VRBO lying but I sent in the screen shots of our texts by whatsapp. Only talk by the VRBO app! She owns up to nothing, takes no responsibility, blames the guest, does not respect you at all and cannot stop attacking you. People that left negative reviews got trashed by her... I am sure she will do the same with us. Florence is a beautiful city and we did not come all this way to fight with someone... she did not care one bit!

The apartment is a true two bedroom the second bedroom is bunk beds but ok the location was perfect the tram and bus service is right out the door down stairs the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator

First time in Florence

Excellent location, very close to main attractions, but very outdated property. Walls are dirty, kitchen cabinets smell. We didn’t feel welcome and home, every wall had instructions with a lot of restrictions. Second bedroom is very small, master bathroom is tiny. Coffee maker didn’t even have filters , I know it’s not part of the rental agreement, but this little things make a difference. I am not going to stay there again.

Location, location, location

Wonderful views and steps away from the old city. The property is on the third floor with no elevator but generally worth the climb. If you are four adults, be aware that the second bedroom has bunk beds that are geared more for children than adults but doable. The place is funky, but dated with eclectic furniture, but the ambiance more than makes up for its imperfections
