This is a bright, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment only a few minutes walk from the sea. There are stunning views of the sea and mountains from the very large terrace which is well equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and sun shades. The apartment is decorated in a modern style. The kitchen is well equipped and the fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and washng machine are all new this year. Despite being so close to the sea and all the great facilities Mojacar has to offer, this is a very quiet part of Mojacar where you can enjoy feeling close to nature.

Great stay !

Lovely apartment, in a very desirable complex, and for us , probably the best location in Mojacar ! The host was really easy to deal with and very communicative ! The apartment itself , is really comfortable, great views, a large terrace , comfy beds , and access to a lovely pool ! We would definitely return to this apartment !

Perfect Apartment

Beautiful, airy apartment and has everything you need to feel like you're home from home. Gorgeous large terrace/balcony with fab views. There is a bit of a steep incline for the last minute or so when walking back from the playa, but so worth it! Great communication from Juliet and would stay back here in a heartbeat.

Stunning scenery

We have just returned from a lovely 10-day stay at this apartment. The directions to the apartment were clear and we had no trouble locating which apartment was ours. The location had stunning views of the sea and the mountains but in order to get this view, it meant that the property was a steep climb from the beach. Whilst we are keen walkers, we did find the climb a bit too much for us but that could have had something to do with the heat as it was so hot. If you have mobility issues then this might not be the place for you unless you have a car. Having said all that, we wouldn't rule out returning to this apartment and are already talking about a return date. The apartment had everything we needed, and more. The owner was very helpful and friendly to deal with and whilst we did have a problem with the TV when we first arrived, the problem was rectified immediately upon contacting the owner.

Thank you for you review of the apartment. I am so glad you enjoyed your stay in the apartment and that you liked Mojacar. Unfortunately you don't get stunning views of both beach and mountains without a hill. It isn't the worst hill in Mojacar but it's definitely noticeable particularly when it's hot, so I would always recommend taking a car up and down to the paseo in the hot months. Luckily parking there is pretty easy even in peak season.

August in Mojacar Playa

Property was easy to find, good directions from host. Apartment was bright and large enough for four although only two of us stayed. Two bathrooms was a nice touch. Double bed very comfy and twin beds, though not used seemed good too.Plenty of storage space,drawers and hangers in wardrobes. Kitchen had ample cutlery, pots and pans, cups bowls and dishes etc. Toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher (didn't use) and washing machine. The oven and hob were both easy to use.The air conditioning was handy as being south facing apartment could get quite warm. The view from the large terrace is lovely, sea and hills. The swimming pool was a good size and very clean, great view from there too. Only drawback with pool was there are no sunbeds but guess this is because of ristricted space. It is just a short (quite steep in part) walk to the beach. We quite often chose to drive down and park in the carpark at the foot of the hill which always had space. We liked all the beaches in Mojacar playa, all were clean and well maintained.

Espacioso apartamento en la mejor zona de Mojácar

El apartamento está fenomenal: espacioso, la terraza amplia y con muy buenas vistas. Está cerca de la playa de Ventanicas (se puede ir andando), de bares y restaurantes y del paseo marítimo. Piscina con preciosas vistas y amplio horario. Muy recomendable.

Limpieza decepcionante

La ubicación era muy buena, y la zona era muy tranquila, sin embargo la limpieza dejó mucho que desear, dando la impresión de que, o bien no habían limpiado, o bien habían pasado una bayeta dejando pelos incluso en la nevera. Tuvimos que limpiar baños, que tampoco habían sido limpiados y nevera. Los suelos tampoco parecían fregados, se habían limitado a cambiar la ropa de cama y toallas. Decepcionante en este sentido.

This is simply not true. The apartment is always well cleaned - you only need to read the other reviews to see that this is the case. Sebastiana had to sadly cut short her holiday because of a death in the family. She wanted a refund but without notice we could not re-let the aoartment so would have lost money. We did, however, refund a share of what they had paid . I think that her negative comments are because she feels aggrieved that we could not refund as much as she wanted. We work hard to make our apartment a lovely, comfortable holiday base at a good price. It makes me very sad that she repays us with words that are just not true.

Limpieza del apartamento impecable y muy bien equipado. No faltaba de nada. La depuradora de la piscina se rompió y no pudimos bañarnos en 2 días. Falta un poco de mantenimiento en las zonas comunes. La zona donde está situado son todo cuestas. La playa a 5 mins andando. Si vais de fiesta el Moma está muy cerca. Al Mándala hay que ir en taxi y nos cobraban 10€ En general buena experiencia sobre todo por el apartamento porque está muy muy bien.

We normally stay in villas with privacy and own pool. So this was very much an experiment to stay for 8 weeks and test if we could enjoy an apartment. We loved the apartment, particularly the sea view from the balcony. It has everything you need including en-suite bathroom, spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The star was the balcony- it also offers access to communal pool. We loved mojacar and the Provence of almeria. And will certainly be back next year. Special praise for owners Juliet and Lee they were responsive to our the few requests and really great and attentive to our needs

A Great Holiday in Mojacar

Juliet’s apartment exceeded our expectations. Dry clean, spacious, well equipped with a large terrace with sea views. Very well situated in the heart of the action on Mojacar Playa. Juliet was there to welcome us on arrival and we immediately settled in to our “new home” for the month. We will be back and I can recommend the apartment to anyone looking to holiday in Mojacar.

Estancia tranquila

El alojamiento está bastante bien, a destacar la tranquilidad y cercanía a la playa por lo que es muy recomendable. La anfitriona nos recibió y nos explicó todo muy amablemente En cuanto al equipamiento de la vivienda, las camas y los sofás son cómodos. Todos los electrodomésticos y aire acondicionado funcionaban bien. Solo apuntar que dispone de poco menaje en la cocina; teniendo en cuenta que hay lavaplatos, debería de haber mínimo el doble de cubiertos, platos, vasos y tazas. Aconsejaría que incluyeran una batidora, alguna sartén pequeña y alguna olla alta. Y, pondría un "ladrón" en el enchufe del microondas para no tener que estar enchufando y desenchufando la caldera del agua caliente. Lo recomiendo

After having holidayed in Mojacar for several years, we decided to up-roots and move here permanently in 2019 and purchased this apartment as a potential holiday rental. Covid put a stop to us finding our 'forever home' at that time, so we lived in the apartment ourselves for some time. We soon came to love it as you really can't beat sitting on the terrace in the warm sunshine taking in the views. Two years later, however, having now found a more permanent house for ourselves, it is time for us to put this apartment up for rent and allow others to enjoy spending time in this lovely place which we so hope you enjoy.

Views, location and size of terrace. Being south facing it is also a lovely and warm apartment during the cooler winter months

What makes this property unique

Only a few minutes walk to beach and amenities. There are so many great restaurants and bars within 10 - 15 minutes walk but, despite being so close to lively facilities, you can still enjoy peace and quiet sitting on the terrace.
