Situated on the seafront the property enjoys uninterrupted views of Largs and Great Cumbrae. There are two bedrooms, one double to the front of the property and a small double to the rear with views of the garden and the hill beyond. There is a fully equipped dining kitchen with hob, oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is electric convection heating throughout. The lounge has a flat screen television. The property is available for rental throughout the year. Please note this flat is on the second floor and is not suitable for guests with mobility problems. There is a shared garden to the rear of the property. Currently, there is no internet access.

Lilybank is idyllic and peaceful

A lovely flat ideally situated in Kilchattan. Brilliant views of the bay, Cumbrae, and the mainland. Peaceful and perfect - Lilybank provides a well-appointed base to explore the Isle of Bute and all it has to offer. Really wish we could have stayed longer!
