Villa "Il Grillo" is a newly built residence situated in a prime location in the hills of Camaiore—the perfect spot for those seeking tranquility and privacy, yet just 5 minutes from town.<br><br>Outside, there is private parking, and you’ll enjoy ample space where you can relax with a dip in the pool equipped with a whirlpool (a safety fence is in place), sunbathe, unwind in the many furnished areas, enjoy an excellent meal al fresco on the veranda, use the barbecue, or simply take in the view while sipping a cocktail.<br><br>The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious open-concept area comprising the kitchen—fully equipped with everything you need—and the living area, which includes a dining room and living room with a table seating 8–12 people, sofas, a smart TV, and a large, charming fireplace. There is also a guest bathroom and a storage closet.<br>The laundry area and utility room are in a separate space accessible from the outside.<br><br>On the ground floor, surrounded by a terrace, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: <br>- 2 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (with the option to add a cot or fold-out bed), a smart TV, and have independent access to the terrace. The bathroom is shared.<br>- One quadruple bedroom equipped with two bunk beds, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom.<br><br>Air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi are available throughout the entire property.<br><br>Last but not least, the prime location and privacy come with a trade-off: The road leading to the villa is unpaved for the last 100 metres; it is well-maintained but steep and not suitable for low-clearance cars or oversized minivans.<br><br>For reservations from June 1 through September 30, please note that a tourist tax of 1.50 euros per night applies to each person over the age of 14 at the time of stay, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. If your stay exceeds 7 consecutive nights, the tourist tax is still due only for the first 7 nights.<br>This tax is not included in the price and must be paid on site at check-in.
