Villa set in a quiet prestigious ambiance and is fully surrounded by walled garden with nice views at Monchique Mountains and from roof terrace at Alvor sea-river. Large heated (option), lighted pool with outdoor shower is surrounded by covered and sun terraces. In subtropical garden with lawns and palm tree you also find a stone made BBQ. Outdoor covered terrace next to living with splendid pool and garden views is ideal for lunch, dinner and has sliding door to living with open fireplace, Smart TV. Wi-Fi internet, open connection with dining room. Master bedroom has bathroom en-suite and all bedrooms and kitchen are at one level. Please note that all bathrooms recently were renovatedwere included double glass windows all around the villa. Villa has huge roof terrace offering all privacy.

We had an amazing holiday and we can’t wait to return. The villa was very clean, lovely homely feel, well equipped and a quiet location but only 20 min walk to restaurants. The outdoor space was wonderful, great size pool and good BBQ area. The communication from Gerard before and during our stay was excellent – completely recommend

The villa did not disappoint- it was lovely, met our expectations from the listing. Great location - easy access to town/ restaurants/ beach . We thoroughly enjoyed the pool every day- highly recommend. Safe , quiet family oriented space. Excellent communication with Gerard - timely and helpful. Check in was good as directed by owner, good selection of cutlery,pans and cups/plates, good access to wi-fi and range. 15 minutes walk to centre and Pingo dolce supermarket which have a great variety of groceries. Nice pool but slopes down very quickly to deep end little daunting for poor swimmers. Overall a nice place to stay.

Enjoyable stay.

A clean and well supplied villa. Approximately a mile from Alvor centre and half a mile further to the beach boardwalk. Nice restaurant and useful supermarket local to the accommodation.

Great villa just a 20 minute walk from the centre of Alvor

Alvor centre is a 20 minute walk away, Pingo supermarket 10 mins. The villa has everything you would need, the outside space is fantastic and Gerard is easy to contact and very helpful. We would definitely use again.

Lovely Private Villa in Alvor - Central Algarve

Lovely quiet villa in excellent location. Not overlooked by either neighbour. Very quiet area. Easy travel to Portimão, Lagos and Praia De Luz. Beautiful beaches and lots of boat trips available. The dolphin sight seeing trip was fantastic. Gerard was a great host, immediately available to talk to. Highly recommended.

the property was fine for our needs, we were a party of 6 ( 4 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 5) . We liked the single storey layout as this was easier with the children however we did not use the fourth bedroom with bunk beds for them as the room had to be accessed through the kitchen and laundry room and was too far away from the other bedrooms so the children slept in with their dad. The back garden was very good with privacy, great pool ( used by the children a lot) ) and adequate shade.The towels and bedding could do with a refresh.Very good location for the property being within 10 minutes walk to a very good supermarket. Access to the town and beach was within walking distance however we used Ubers for going to those locations as it would have been too far for the children to walk both ways.

la maison correspond a l'annonce, nous avons bien apprécier notre séjour.

la maison est parfaite pour des vacances en famille ,avec des enfants qui adorent la piscine. Tout est sur un niveau, pas d'escalier à monter; La maison est frais et bien équipée. Le parking est juste en face , sa c'est top.

Fantastic villa

My family of 5 had a wonderful holiday at this villa and we would love to return! The villa is situated in a peaceful part of Alvor but within walking distance of shops and restaurants while the centre of Alvor is about a 15 minute easy walk. We hired a car but this is not essential at all. If you do decide to hire a car would highly recommend Polo car rental in Alvor. Alvor has lots of lovely restaurants - you are spoilt for choice. The beach isn’t far away and is beautiful. Very clean and because it is so long you have so much space. We really couldn’t fault the villa - so much space both inside and outside and an immaculate pool set in a lovely garden. The pictures don’t do the place justice as it really is fantastic. Gerard the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and was happy to arrange car hire etc We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and guarantee you will have a fantastic holiday!

Very well equipped and spacious for a family of 6 adults and 2 children

Lovely location and only a short drive to Alvor. The villa was clean, well equipped despite the dishwasher not working, had to revert to old school washing up which was not a problem. Gerard made everything possible including the high chairs, cots, mini-bus and all instructions were clear. Everything went pretty smoothly. Although it said we were to have a cleaner whilst we were there, we didn't, which again, was not a major issue for us - just feedback for the owner. All 6 adults loved the villa, the pool, gardens, watching the parachutists coming down and the town of Alvor itself was fabulous and we found a top Restaurant called the Steak House which we would definitely recommend, in fact we went twice! For toddlers who are not too competent in the water (and some adults) the pool gets deep and steep very quickly. We paid for pool heating too so it was a great temperature for the duration of our stay. Although there is some constructive feedback here, we all loved our week and would have no hesitation in going back
