The apartment is located in the basement of the building, which cannot be accessed by elevator, but thanks to the street's inclination, the dwelling would be like the equivalent of a ground floor, with access to a patio where one can enjoy time with family.

Although located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to being in the interior part of the building and its good insulation.

Soaked in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.

The apartment:

The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, in addition to the comfortable double sofa bed located in the living room.

The open kitchen to the living room is equipped with everything necessary, high-end appliances included and a large dining table.

The building has an access ramp to the entrance and a concierge.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
