The apartment is located in the basement of the building, which cannot be accessed by lift, but thanks to the street's inclination, the dwelling would be like the equivalent of a ground floor, with access to a patio where one can enjoy time with family.
Although located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to being situated in the interior part of the building and its good insulation.
Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.
The apartment:
The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, in addition to the comfortable double sofa bed located in the living room.
The open-plan kitchen, is equipped with everything necessary, high-end appliances included and a large dining table.
The building has an access ramp to the entrance and a concierge.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Air conditioning only in the living room.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
