The apartment:

The apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building. The building has a lift, access ramp, and concierge.

This apartment has three bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower and a spacious patio. There are two bedrooms with double beds and the third has two single beds. In the living room a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for 8 people.

The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, including high-end appliances.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in the living room.
Central heating schedule (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival

The online check-in is mandatory through the MitHouse app, where identity document photos of the guests will be requested.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
