Denna familjevilla är omringad av hav, insjö och natur. Här bor man på ett högt och insynsskyddat läge och blickar ut över grönskande natur. Här kan du njuta flera uteplatser, vedeldad bastu och murade grillar. Bil parkerar du i carporten uppe på tomten eller nere vid vägen. På båda sidor om huset finns gräsytor och inslag av natur. Vid hus 2 finns en vedeldad bastu med altaner och härliga grillplatser. Den delad med ev boende i hus 1. Inom en kort promenad når man områdets båthamn vid Fiskmyrestigen i direkt anslutning till Ingaröfjärden. Vid sjön Fiskmyran finns också en fin badplats..
Bostaden är ca 106 kvm
Entrén ansluter till kök och vardagsrum. Från hallen når man trappan upp till övre plan samt en mindre tvättstuga med torktumlare och tvättmaskin.
Köket är rymligt med större matbord. Köket har utgång till altan och trädgården. Rymligt vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och braskamin.
På övre plan finns två sovrum och ett badrum. Det större sovrummet har även 2 barnsängar.
Badrummet är utrustat med dusch, tvättställ samt wc.

This semi-detached house is surrounded by sea, lake and nature. You live high and secluded and look out over green nature. Here you can enjoy several patios, wood-fired sauna and barbecue areas. You park your car in the carport up on the plot or down by the road. There is a wood-fired sauna with balconies and lovely barbecue areas. It is shared with possible accommodation in house 1. By the lake Fiskmyran there is a nice swimming area. Within a short walk you reach the sea directly adjacent to Ingaröfjärden.

Perfect house for a family with dog. The kitchen was perfect, it has everything you need. I loved the big american fridge.We would come back.It is very quiet in the wood, even there were a lot of other houses. The kids loved the lake near by.A perfect stay in a perfect house.

Absolutely Perfect

This is our first time vacationing in Europe with three 20 something kids and mom. The house is spacious and has all the comforts that we are used to: washer/dryer. Dishwasher, tv etc. the yard and area is beautiful and easily accessible to everything! Marie was super helpful and responsive! I would highly recommend!!

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in Ingarö. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Kinder fanden insbesondere den Kühlschrank toll, der Eiswürfel macht Die Lage ist bombastisch. Mitten in der Natur, der See und das Meer fussläufig und trotzdem ist man in 10 Minuten an einem Supermarkt und in 20-30 Minuten in Stockholm.

Urlaub zwischen Stockholm und den Schären

Das Haus, die eine Doppelhaushälfte ist, liegt günstig, wenn man sowohl nach Stockholm als auch tiefer in die Schären möchte. Wir waren mit dem Expressbus in Stockholm (1,5km Fußweg zur Haltestelle). Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig im Wald, der Badesee ist 10min Fußweg entfernt, richtig schöne Strände ca. 15min mit dem Auto

Toller Aufenthalt in Ingarö

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus. Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten im Wald und ist sehr ruhig. Insbesondere die schöne Terasse hat uns gefallen. Man braucht etwa eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto nach Stockholm. Gerne wieder!

Idyllisch, ruhig und dennoch in Stadtnähe

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als nur zweckmäßig. Fahrtzeit bis Stockholm ist etwa 40 Minuten, also kein Problem, wenn man mit Auto unterwegs ist. Können uns gut vorstellen, wieder hierher zu kommen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung, es hat alles gepasst

Die Umgebung ist toll und durch die Nähe zu Stockholm sind auch Tagesausflüge in die Stadt mit dem Auto problemlos möglich. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss, wo sich das Badezimmer und die Schlafzimmer befinden, ist für Personen mit Gehbehinderungen jedoch nicht geeignet. Großes Kompliment an Marie, unsere Vermieterin, die sich vorzüglich um uns als Gäste gekümmert hat. Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen und können uns vorstellen in Zukunft erneut zu kommen.

Doppelhaus in der Nähe von Stockholm

Gemütliches Haus in der Nähe von Stockholm. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 10 Minuten einen sehr schönen Badesee oder einen kleinen Hafen mit Strand und Einstiegsmöglichkeit für Kajaks. Padelplatz gleich nebenan. Das Haus ist ein Doppelhaus, auch für zwei Familien oder eine größere Gruppe geeignet. Auch für junge Erwachsene eine schöne Gegend. Netter, schneller Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Wir waren sehr zufrieden:-)

Tolles Ferienhaus mit schöner Umgebung

Auf dem Grundstück stehen zwei aneinander gebaute Ferienhäuser, ein Carport und eine Sauna (wird vermutlich gemeinsam genutzt - bei uns war das andere Haus gerade nicht vermietet). Die Schlüsselübergabe ging kontaktlos. Man bekommt den Code für das Kästchen mit dem Schlüssel vor Anreise von der Vermieterin mitgeteilt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten kann man einen Badesee und einen Bootssteg erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wirklich klasse! Anfragen wurden innerhalb weniger Minuten zu jeder Uhrzeit beantwortet. Wir hatten keine nennenswerten Probleme, das Haus war sauber und ist ziemlich modern eingerichtet. Daher klare Weiterempfehlung! Auf "Vrbo" (Pendant zu "FeWo") stehen zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt noch mehr Infos zur Unterkunft.

Plenty of sleeping places, Privacy-protected plot with nature, lake and sea close by. An advantage is also that friends and acquaintances can live in the other part of the house when they are visiting.
