It is located in the mountain area of Lloret de Mar with a lot of privacy and although there are neighbors, they are not attached garden to garden as in typical urbanizations. It is quiet in the house, but at the same time less than 10 km from the beach.

It belongs to the region of La Selva (province of Girona). It is ideal for families, or several couples of friends with their children, since it has all the comforts for this, a fenced pool with a lockable door to avoid scares, (Ask if it can be withdrawn if not wanted) baby cots etc.

It has a capacity of 18 people. If you would like to add any more bed, or you need the cots, you would have to ask us.

The house is located in one of the only two urbanizations within the mountain in Catalonia, they have not been allowed to do more for years. It belongs to an urbanization called Masías de Lloret. to feel in the middle of nature, but at the same time close to everything, the nearest beach is 10km away. This house in particular, as it does not happen in all of the urbanization, has wide and unobstructed views of the nearby mountains.

Although the house does not have very close neighbors as in traditional urbanizations, there are, that is why respect is requested and not to play loud music between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., since you are not in an isolated house either, it has the best of the Two options, the Mercadona supermarket takes your shopping home, or you can take a taxi from Lloret, and at the same time, for example, you don't have the neighbors looking at you at the pool.

The path throughout the urbanization, like this one in the forest, is dirt, but it is smooth and well maintained, it can be reached without difficulty. This is not the house you are looking for if what you want is a house to have a party at night or to walk back from town, it is a house where you can sleep 18 comfortably, enjoy the company of friends or family in the pool and with a barbecue or a good paella with views of the mountains but 14 minutes from the supermarket.

The house is very spacious and we advise you to book as soon as possible because there are very few houses of these characteristics in Lloret de Mar.

On the porch we find 2 huge wooden tables with 18 chairs to eat or dine comfortably outdoors.

The garden has a fantastic 10x5 m kidney-shaped pool, the maximum depth is 2m and the minimum 1.20m and with a capacity of 50,000 liters of water. The pool is fenced to prevent children from entering without parental supervision, so that they can relax while playing fun in the garden. (Consult if you want to remove the fence).
It has hammocks for sunbathing, and parasols for those who prefer to be outside but stay in the shade. You can also have the shade of the trees.
There are games for children up to about 8 years old, which has swings and a slide so that the little ones can enjoy playing outside on their own. It also has a folding table tennis table.

We also find some outdoor sofas for 8/12 people, arranged so that the enjoyment of gatherings among adults is ideal.
It also has a barbecue where you can cook outside.

2 bedrooms with a 1.50 bed and a private bathroom, each with a bathtub and the other with a shower. These two rooms share a beautiful and intimate terrace.

1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 and a single bed for a child with its private bathroom with shower.
The rooms in the house, as can be seen in the photos, are all very spacious, to be able to enjoy your vacation without being cramped or in bunk beds.

On the ground floor:

1 bedroom with 1.50 bed
2 bathrooms with 2 spades each, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower tray.
A spacious 65 m² living room divided into two areas, one with 2 large and comfortable tables with chairs and space for 20 people. and another with the television area and sofas to relax and chat or watch something if you feel like it.
From the living room you can easily access the porch, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. 5-ring induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, melitta and dolce gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer ...

It has a parking space inside the property where you can park 4 - 5 cars.

The property is completely fenced.

Can Maeva, located about 12 km from the Water World water park in Lloret.
It is 15 km from Gnomo Park and Santa Clotilde Gardens. The nearest airport is Girona-Costa Brava Airport, 21 km away.

The minimum rental out of high season is always two nights, the minimum cost being the weekend price.

The departure time on Sundays of the weekend rental is agreed with the host, it can be in the afternoon.


The departure time in summer high season when the rentals are from Saturday to Saturday is at 10 a.m. and the entry time after 4 p.m.

In high season, full weeks are usually rented, normally from Saturday to Saturday, there may be some exceptions, check in case there are free dates.

A plus will be charged to be agreed with the host for arrivals after 9:00 p.m.

The tourist taxes that the government obliges me to collect will be charged.

The barbecue cannot be lit if the authorities announce a fire risk.

A deposit of €300 is charged, which is returned when checking that there are no damages.
