Wonderful apartment with great A/C and spacious, comfortable bedrooms and kitchen/living rooms.

This is a great property for a family of four (or more) -- three full bedrooms all with queen beds and wonderful A/C after a hot day of walking around. It's location is convenient to the Eiffel Tower, but is a little bit dodgy otherwise. It's also 95 steep steps up to the apartment, so understand this before you book -- it's worth it, but if you struggle at all with stairs/stamina you should really consider this factor. Absolutely great host in terms of support/communications.

San Moise apartment

We were 4 adults plus a baby. And as requested a travel cot was provided. Lovely apartment, cool and very quiet considering the location. There is no lift and with a 1 year old baby and buggy, + cases it was quite a feat! You must be fit! There was one night a terrific thunderstorm and in the morning we found some rainwater had come through the closed windows. Quickly mopped up. Just one small recommendation. There were only 3 bath towels and 3 hand towels provided. Not enough for a group of 5, as we were. I would definitely stay here again as the location is first class.
