Located in an elegant building, you will be just 10 minutes away from St. Mark's Square. The area offers a wide choice of bars, seafood restaurants, wine bars and shops of all kinds.
In addition to its enviable location, the accommodation features a cleverly refined and classy design. It consists of large living room with fully equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms, all with balcony and large windows overlooking the Grand Canal and letting in natural light. Finally, there are two bathrooms with walk-in shower. To offer you all the comfort you need during your holiday, you will find wi-fi internet access, independent heating, air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, iron and all kitchen appliances. The apartment is provided of lift.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night.

Great Property

We had a great stay at this perfect location in Venice. Host was superb attending to our questions and setting up water taxis from train station and to the airport. Would recommend to anyone

Fantastic luxury apartment overlooking the Grand Canal

Nice and spacious. Good to have the two shower rooms. Views over the Grand Canal are mesmerising. The wooden floor in the master bedroom is very, very creaky.

Ideal location

Property was gorgeous. Stylish and beautiful apartment. Ideal location. Just far enough from Rialto bridge for the crowds to be more manageable. Fabulous restaurant right downstairs. Highly recommended.

Amazing view and location

We loved our stay! Perfect location and brand new with all amenities. Hotel like attention to details! Walk to all attractions in a few minutes. The view is stunning from all rooms. Perfect for two couples as the suites were totally separated and private. We will be back!

Excellent apartment in Venice

Lovely modern apartment in superb position in central Venice, spacious and comfortable Enjoyed watching all the activity on the grand canal. , and very convenient for restaurants and supermarkets More electric sockets especially in the kitchen area.The apartment could definitely do with some comfortable easy chairs.
