Quando lasci una casa di vacanza con il desiderio di tornarci, significa che ogni cosa ha funzionato perfettamente.Villa Iris è una deliziosa casa con una vista sul mare poetica, ogni dettaglio è curato con amore ed attenzione, fornita di tutto ciò che occorre, pet friendly ( la ns gattina è stata benissimo), funzionale e la spiaggia sottostante è una delle calette più belle della costa meravigliosa di Villasimius.Last but not least, Valentina, la proprietaria ci ha fatto trovare un gustoso e graditissimo aperitivo di benvenuto, e quando ci siamo incontrate mi ha trasmesso tutto il suo entusiasmo e il suo amore per questa sua specialissima “creatura”.Villa Iris è una “home away from home”, spero davvero che Valentina voglia di nuovo condivere con noi il suo posto magico. Wunderbare Location strandnah und citynah

Eine Freundin und ich haben dieses bezaubernde Appartement mit Meerblick für Mitte Mai gebucht. Es war auch aufgrund der Vorsaison sehr ruhig. Für uns sehr angenehm weil wir ein paar Regentage hatten, die wir dann im Appartement verbracht haben. Die Wohnung ist modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, so dass wir uns dort bekochen und abends gechillt fernsehen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit Valentina, der Gastgeberin war immer sehr schnell, freundlich und hilfreich. Das kleine Städtchen erreicht man mit dem Auto in knapp 5 Minuten, zu dem schönen Sandstrand vor der Anlage läuft man ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten. Die Wohnung hat zwei sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem angrenzenden Bad, mit Dusche. Alles ist in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Auch unsere Hunde waren willkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Erholsamer Urlaub!!

Sehr nette Vermieter, Verständigung auf Englisch kein Problem, jederzeit Tipps und Ratschläge, immer per WhatsApp erreichbar. Das kleine Haus wurde erst vor circa einem Jahr renoviert und ist deshalb in einem neuen Zustand. Perfekt war für uns der durch eine Glasschiebetür abgetrennte Aussenbereich, bei Wunsch zu öffnen oder geschlossen schön kühl durch die Klimatisierung. Küche gut ausgestattet. Unser Wunsch wäre noch ein Toaster gewesen, da kein Bäcker in Fußnähe zu erreichen ist. Der Hausstrand unweit erreichbar. Innerhalb von max.10 min. weitere tolle Strände/Buchten besuchbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
