Villa Violeta is a beautiful modern and exclusive villa for rent in Menorca with private pool located just a few minutes from the magnificent beach of Cala Galdana. Villa Violeta stands out for its spaciousness, comfort and its situation in the urbanization of Cala Galdana, one of the most prestigious in Menorca.



This Villa rental consists of four double bedrooms, four bathrooms, toilet, kitchen, living room, barbecue, garage and laundry. The house is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility or with disabilities.



Villa Violeta is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds and a large built-in wardrobe. Just next door there is a full bathroom with shower and it is adapted for people with reduced mobility. On this same floor there is also a large and bright living room with two comfortable sofas and a television.



The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchenware. It also has an extendible table with chairs to enjoy family meals.



On the first floor of the villa rental in Menorca there are the other three double bedrooms en suite. The master bedroom is composed of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a family bathroom, equipped with bathtub and hair dryer. The other two double rooms are featured with two single beds. Each double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms located on this floor have access to the balcony which overlooks the beach of Cala Galdana and the pool of the Villa.





The outdoor area of the villa for rent consists of a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers for all guests, an area to enjoy outdoor meals with an outdoor table and chairs and a barbecue area. It also has a toilet located near the pool.



Villa Violeta has a garage, a laundry room that features; washing machine, iron and ironing board and a clothes line. The villa is also equipped with safe, WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms and in the lounge, heating and satellite TV.



All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels on weekdays is provided and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

HOW TO COME TO THE VILLA



From Mahon (35min):



1. Take General Road (Me-1) direction Ferreries, reaching this population and after a short tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana, where usually is the meeting point with the host.

3. Take the second exit (Travessia Cala Galdana).

4. After about 250 meters turn left where the entrance of Casa Playa is.



From Ciutadella (25min):



1. Take General Road (ME-1) direction Ferreries, reaching this city you will find a roundabout. There you have to take the second exit, direction Cala Galdana (ME-22)

2. Follow the same previous instructions 2,3 and 4.
