The actual studio apartment was not available due to damage from a falling tree. Our host was very kind and provided alternative accommodation for us and was in contact all the time to offer assistance.

Studio in Venetië

De studio wordt verhuurd aan een eerlijke prijs. Het geheel is wel proper, maar een aantal opsmukwerkjes zouden alles nog een graadje hoger tillen. De buurt is wel zalig, buiten het drukke Venetië, maar wel dicht bij een supermarkt en de vaporetto.

Studio très bien situé ! Proche d'un vaporetto, de bars et restaurants sans être à côté. Quartier extrêmement agréable. Supermarché à deux pas. Massimo est très joignable. Par contre le studio est très humide, même par beau temps, et cela n'est pas agréable. Malheureusement pour nous, la chaleur persistante de cet automne-été apportait également son lot de moustiques,

Très mauvaise expérience - hôte malhonnête

Nous avons passé une semaine dans l’appartement. L’appartement sent très fort l’humidité dès notre arrivée. Exceptionnellement on nous demande de poser nos affaires et de revenir une heure plus tard car le ménage n’a pas pu être fait avant notre arrivée. Nous sortons donc. Cette semaine là nous avons eu des gros orages et l’appartement est très mal isolé. Résultat : nous avons dû nettoyer l’eau qui s’infiltrait dans l’appartement nous même avec des serviettes presque tous les soirs. L’eau s’infiltre dans les murs et par les fenêtres. L’électricité a sauté 3-4 fois durant tout le séjour. Le propriétaire a été contacté. il nous a répondu qu’il allait venir pour enlever les feuilles mortes dans la gouttière … même après son passage nous avons eu le même problème d’infiltration d’eau dans la maison. Ce n’est pas normal. Le propriétaire devait être au courant que l’eau s’infiltrait dans son appartement mais n’a pas daigné le préciser dans son annonce. J’ai même pris des photos et ai proposé de les lui envoyer mais il n’a rien voulu savoir. Était il déjà au courant et ne comptait il pas régler ce problème ?! Après le séjour j’ai fait un retour à Abritel pour avoir un dédommagement et le propriétaire m’a recontacté en m’incendiant m’expliquant que si nous n’étions pas contents nous pouvions choisir un autre appartement. Personne de très mauvaise foi, qui rejette la faute sur ses hôtes, et qui par dessus tout vous envoie dans les roses quand vous lui demandez un geste commercial. Il n’a meme pas essayé de comprendre et nous a dit que si il avait su qu’on aurait fait une réclamation, il ne serait jamais venu nous aider pour enlever les feuilles de la gouttière. Je ne conseille absolument pas.

Beschreibung und Realität stimmen in essentiellen Punkten nicht überein

Wir reisen häufig in Wohnungen auf dem Portal FeWo. Ich musste noch nie eine schlechte Bewertung schreiben, aber dieses Mal ist es dringend nötig. 1. Das Objekt wurde mit Garten und Klimaanlage beworben. Der Garten war eine Baustelle, die laut dem Vermieter, Massimo Levis nur noch von der Stadt abgenommen werden müsste. Es würden keine Bauarbeiten mehr durchgeführt. Jedoch am 2. Tag standen um 8.00 Uhr vier Bauarbeiter (mit direkten Blick durch die Fenster auf unser Bett) im Garten. Für eine Klimanlage war ein Schaltkasten vorhanden, aber keine Klimaanlage selbst. Die Wohnung heizt sich durch die Dachfenster und die im Verhältnis große Dachfläche stark auf. Ein Querlüften war nicht möglich, da man an die Dachfenster nicht herankommt und zum Garten hin hatte nur ein Fenster ein intaktes Mückennetz (dringend erforderlich im Juli). Ein Ventilator sollte das Manko wohl verbessern. 2. Es wird auch mit einer volleingerichteten Küche geworben. Dies stimmt nur in Teilen. Um ein Beispiel zu nennen, die Küche verfügt u.a. über einen Gasherd. Auf unsere Frage, ob es einen Zünder (Knipser) gibt oder Streichhölzer, um den Herd auch nutzen zu können, erhielten wir die Antwort, dass wir diese im nächsten Supermarkt kaufen müssten. Übrigens der Supermarkt in der Nähe führt keine Streichhölzer. Es gab auch keine Handtücher, um Gläser oder Geschirr abzutrocknen. Teller, Tassen, Besteck und Gläser sind abgezählt und teilweise defekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war mühsam und wir hatten schon im Vorfeld den Kundenservice von FeWo eingeschaltet. Ich kann sowohl den Vermieter, der noch weitere Wohnungen vermietet, als auch diese Wohnung keinesfalls weiter empfehlen.

Appartement Campiello dei Felzi Nr. 5246

Wir konnten das vereinbarte Appartement Objektnr. 10873940 in Cannaregio, wegen angeblicher Reparaturmaßnahmen an den Wasserleitungen nicht beziehen. Der Vermieter stellte uns als Ersatz zum gleichen Preis die Wohnung am Campiello dei Felzi zur Verfügung. Diese Wohnung ist kaum vollständig nutzbar, aufgrund folgender Mängel: demontierte Lampen mit Kabelenden die aus der Decke und den Wänden ragen, ein völlig defekter Herd, mit zerstörten Schaltern, somit kaum nutzbar, Wandregal aus der Halterung gerissen, funktionsunfähige Klimanlage, kaum Küchenausrüstung (jeweils nur 2 Messer, Gabeln, Löffel) 2 Kaffeetassen, keine Kochwerkzeuge, keine Pfannen etc. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sehr eingestaubt und unsauber. Es gab auch weder Wlan noch einen Fernseher oder ein Radio. Die Wohnung war praktisch leer, bis auf ein Bett, muffig riechende Schränke und einen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen. Deshalb erschien uns diese Wohnung nicht als ausreichender Ersatz für die gebuchte Unterkunft (mit Garten). Der Campiello dei Felzi ist ein schmuckloser Platz, im Hinterhof von Cannaregio, direkt an einem stark befahrenen Kanal, mit täglichem Arbeitslärm verursacht von Müllwerkern und Bauarbeitern. Wir haben dort ein Wohnangebot an der untersten Grenze angetroffen.

Beautiful Stay in a Beautiful City

My friend and I had a wonderful time in Venice! There was an issue with our original property, so we ended up in a different apartment, but Massimo was very accommodating and it was a non-issue. The place we stayed was beautiful and clean and Massimo was a very kind and helpful host.
