Typical Tuscan farmhouse, ancient of end 1800, recently restored, with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, two kitchens / living room with satellite TV, wi-fi internet, shared pool with the villa next to 5 x 10 x 1. 5 m . Possibility to eat outside. ,
The villa is surrounded by greenery, in the typical Tuscan countryside, with a large garden of over 6000 square meters, among 100 olive trees and fruit trees, fenced, with ample free parking .. It is equipped with the following comforts: satellite TV, DVD player, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, kettle, electric oven, gas cooker, fridge, barbecue. The house has independent heating. There are books, cards, chess, soccer balls available to guests. Small pets are allowed. Linen with weekly change is included.

Gabriella and her family made everything to facilitate our week. Location is perfect, pool was great even if a bit old. And hope équipement could have been even better with a second fridge

There with a big family, Great location to stay and go to the surrounding cities and beaches.Good big house, nice big rooms. Not all top top quality but just really nice. Wifi is an issue if you need it. Hotspot was the solution.

Ferme rustique en Toscane, pas très loin de Pise, Florence et Lucques.Belle piscine avec abords agréables même si un peu vieillotte et pas chauffée. Gite avec 5 chambres avec ventilateurs et sans climatisation, ce qui aurait été un vrai plus, et une odeur de moisi à l'arrivée. Sommiers des lits à ressorts. Pour 7 personnes (notre groupe), c'était ok au niveau place et infrastructures mais à 14 (qui est le max indiqué), le frigo est nettement trop petit (c'était déjà juste), il y a certes 2 cuisines mais un seul four, un seul frigo et pas de couverts pour 14. Une toilette et salle de bain par chambre. Télévision plus petite qu'un écran de portable et wifi très aléatoire. A l'arrivée, accueil par le père du propriétaire qui ne parle que italien.A l'extérieur, table avec barbecue et table de ping pong ombragées.

Objekt war sauber und so wie beschrieben. Vermieter war stets gut zu erreichen und hat sich gekümmert. Bspw. war der kleine Backofen defekt und wurde nach unserem Hinweis schnell getauscht.

Nice vacation

The house is great, cumfortable and spacious. The location is wonderfull as well, 45 min away from Firenze, Pise and its tower, 20 minutes from the nearest beach and Lucca. We spend a great day over there.

Great big house with wonderful garden and pool in perfect location

This house was perfect for our family/friends reunion! 5 spacious bedrooms with private baths, beautiful views and wonderful covered patio for family dinners and to stay out of the sun during the day. The pool was big enough for all of us to play and hang out in and enjoy sunsets after a day of sightseeing in Tuscany. Location is easy to get to from the freeway, yet, you’re in picture-perfect Tuscany surroundings. Recommend a drive down to Vinci, Leonardo’s home town :) Fans in each room keep the house nice and cool at night. We’d love to come back some day!

ideaal voor een grote groep mensen

Een schoon en ruim huis met douche en wc's op bijna elke kamer. 2 grote woonkeukens met banken en televisies en veel buitenruimte. In de nabije omgeving veel te zien en te doen, op 5 km een groot winkelcentrum waar van alles te krijgen is. Leuke winkels in Montecatini terme en een leuk pleintje om te borrelen of te eten in Montecatini terme Alto. De zee en quad rijden in de bergen op ruim een half uur rijden. Een attente eigenaar die zelfs in het ruime en heerlijke zwembad heeft gezorgd voor luchtbedden en ander speelgoed. Florence is prima te doen met de trein alle stellen (4 stuks + kinderen) hebben zich prima vermaakt Enige min-puntje is de Wifi die alleen werkt bij het zwembad en geen afwasautomaat, maar zonder meer veel waar voor het geld dat we hebben betaald. De 2 weken hadden er wat ons betreft ook 4 mogen zijn
