Cozy apartment located in the old town of Puerto del Carmen, located on the seafront in the rocks of the port. A unique, special and very quiet location where you can rest and disconnect.

Its careful modern and cozy decoration with its terrace touching the sea, will make you enjoy unforgettable sunsets. It has a privileged access to a cove with crystal clear waters right in front where you can bathe and sunbathe without crowds or obstacles.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Bathroom with shower equipped with hairdryer, magnifying mirror and quality amenities (gel / shampoo dispenser and body lotion), large living room with 75 '' Smart TV (Netflix, HBO, Apple TV, Prime video) + Satellite (all European channels), Wi-Fi (fiber optic), air conditioning, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. It also has a large terrace with magnificent views of the sea and access to a crystal clear cove right in front of the apartment.

Beautiful apartment with great view.Few steps to access.Great location close to old and new town.Would have appreciated a sun lounger or 2 for use , rather than 6 chairs on the balcony, as 4 of us fighting over the 1 space to sunbathe.

Yes ,did not receive apartment details until arrival ,I had to send an e-mail but that was answered quickly ,the apartment was lovely but need a long mirror in bedroom or hall.tv and safe dealt with quickly .Beautiful apartment in ideal situation would definitely recommend to friends

Super Unterkunft aber ........

Leider wurde zwei Wohnung nebenan gebaut, Schlaghammer Lärm, Staub usw. Davon leider kein Wort bei der Buchung. Nach vier Tage und unendlich vielen Whats App mit dem Verwalter war dann Ruhe aber der Urlaub auch fast vorbei. Der Verwalter entschuldigte sich und spendierte eine Flasche Cava. Die Unterkunft als solches ist absolut top und der Ausbau und die Ausstattung auf einem hohen Niveau. Der Balkon ein Traum. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Leider haben wir eine Kreditkarte im Tresor vergessen (Schwarze Karte auf schwarzen Untergrund), trotz des Versprechens die Karte nachzusenden haben wir sie nie erhalten. Einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden ist manchmal ein Problem (und wir waren in der Nebensaison dort) Fazit; eine Super Unterkunft die wir wegen des Lärms nicht richtig geniessen konnten und für den Preis hätten wir erwartet das auf die Baustelle hingewiesen wird.
