This stunning contemporary house offers 5 spacious bedrooms , 7 modern bath rooms and various entertaining rooms.
The house has a fabulous games room with a bar, pool table, Large tv with karaoke and a wine fridge.
This property boasts a beautifully modern open plan kitchen /entertaining area with a gorgeously grand dining area, seating 20 guests. This room really is the centre piece of the house, making it the ideal space for socializing and entertainment. You will also find a large comfortable sofa and a large flat smart TV.
This incredible house provides a fully equipped kitchens with oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave, dishwasher and free Wi-Fi throughout. There is also hairdryers and ironing facilities provided throughout your stay, allowing you to pack a little lighter for your big weekend in York.
Every bedroom has a ensuite so you will not be short of areas for getting ready for your night in or out!

Great Stay!

Stayed here for a hen party, fantastic venue well decorated, every bedroom had an en-suite with plenty of space. Rooms are done to a high standard, decent location. Nice short walk into York for all the bars and restaurants. Would return in the future

Stunning house

Great communication from the Owner with clear, helpful and prompt instructions; very easy to communicate at all times, very responsive. A fabulous place: location is excellent; the 'house' is large and roomy, with ample ensuites and additional facilities; the kitchen-dining room is huge, with good appliances and beautiful decor; and very clean and tidy. We had professional caterers and they were very happy with the availability of items. Well recommended.

Amazing stay!

We had such a great stay, the games room was so cool! the top floor was perfect for a big group meal and drinks to celebrate, the bedrooms were very spacious which we didn't expect for a house that sleeps so many, the fact that every bedroom had its own ensuite with showers was perfect for getting ready, It was was equiped with everything you could need, Fab place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Had a great stay and everyone who was in the group liked the place immensely. Loads of space across 4 floors, the main hub is at the top of the house, with a huge tv and plenty of social space. Good pool table on ground floor and plenty of showers bed etc

Wonderful Weekend!

Absolutely perfect stay for my best friend’s Hen Do weekend - there were plenty of beds for our group and the interior was lovely! Literally a 15 min walk from all the restaurants and bars we had booked which was perfect. Host was responsive and helpful - would definitely recommend!

Lovely House

16 people comfortably enjoyed our stay. Pool table was a dream and rooms were very comfortable. Top floor great for partying. Great position for food and pubs and close to York city centre.It was my sons stag weekend and he and his friends had a great time. House was lovely and everyone enjoyed the pool and facilities.

Great Stay

Great house, very clean and ensuite with every bedroom. Communication with the host was fantastic, they responded across Saturday and Sunday with various questions on facilities and water/ heating. Very expensive but great for a hen do / special birthday. Only problem is the distance from the centre of York, but it was only a 5 minute taxi drive.

We booked this as a base for my friends hen party. Wow what can i say, the house was amazing , had everything we needed for a group of 18 to have the best weekend celebrating! We loved the place and would recommend to anyone looking for a larger property. Thanks again

Great Stay!

A great house for a big group of people. There was plenty of space at all times and the house is very well maintained. The only thing missing is wardrobes - there wasn't a single one in the whole house. But we were very comfortable living in the house all week, and would definitely stay again if in York.

Wow !

This house really does has the WOW factor,. The wine fridges, pool table and large communal space was great for our group.The property is beautiful! the social rooms are stunning! some of the bedrooms are amazing while others are much simpler. The location was brilliant!

HEN PARTY GOALS

If you are wanting great pictures this is the place to stay, we got some amazing pictures from the BLOSSOM TREE on the top floor, and the neon lights and the GAMES ROOM, this place does not dissapoint!! we had so much fun, the karoke machine was a huuuge hit with us girls, thank you York Boutique Lets for a great stay, you made my hen night one to remember and we have some truley amazing pictures to remember this.

If I could review this place Higher I would, all of my family had a gathering here and it was just perfect, such a large house with plenty of space, the Kitchen had everything we needed for a big spread, including trays and platter plates! There was plenty of glasses and mugs for tea on a morning and a toast of champaigne in the evening!! The hosts were amazing and helped with anything we asked in terms of parking suggestions as we had more than 3 cars and suggestions for food.

Great Stay!

Great for a group booking, fantastic space for socialising and the games room was fantastic. We were there as a hen group and couldn't fault the property. 15 minute walk into town and 3 parking spaces. Highly recommend
