Bright, refined, spacious, with exposed wooden beams, strategically located and equipped with every comfort, this delightful apartment will make you spend an unforgettable holiday. It's located on the first floor of a building with elevator facing the canal and consists of a living room with sofa bed and large fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It is provided with wifi access, independent heating and air conditioning system, TV, hair dryer, iron and all the necessary appliances in the kitchen. Easy to reach, it is a 5-minute walk from the water bus stop that will connect you with Marco Polo airport and other islands of the lagoon.
Strategically located, this property is stiauted nearby countless shops, restaurants and cafes and you can reach St Mark’s Square in 5 minutes on foot, Biennale Gardens in 10 minutes and the Rialto Bridge in 12 minutes.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night.

Beautiful apartment for people who enjoy eating out.

The flat is in a quiet side street of Castello with a supermarket and nice restaurants in walking distance. It is beautifully furnished and looks exactly like the photos. The bed is very comfortable and the shower works well. However, there are a few impractical details in the flat that are worth mentioning: - The kitchen equipment is very minimalistic and does not really allow for cooking. - The bar stools at the kitchen counter are so high that you cannot sit at the counter, but only next to it. This limits the quality of the dining experience. - The number of free sockets in the flat does not meet today's requirements. If you want to charge more than one electrical appliance per person, you have to organise yourself well. Despite the points mentioned, we enjoyed our stay very much, but would only recommend the flat to people who mainly want to eat out.
