This amazing bright and spacious Villa has four en suite bedrooms with breathtaking ocean views in the first level and another bedroom in level 0, also with a bathroom beside it.
The Villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a dream vacation.
Experience the joy of our large outdoor terrace and garden, which offer stunning views of the sea and downtown Funchal. It’s the perfect setting to bask in the sun or enjoy delightful meals outside.
Step into the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for your culinary adventures. It seamlessly connects to the living room, providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests to interact. A unique highlight is the opportunity to cook with fresh herbs and vegetables you can personally harvest from the garden.
We provide essential cooking basics, including olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and a selection of herbs and spices, along with some tea and coffee for your enjoyment.
For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, our barbecue area is ready for use, complete with charcoal, lighters and all necessary tools.
Enjoy the comfort of fresh bed linens and towels provided weekly during your stay.
If you're traveling with little ones, we can arrange a cot and high chair upon request to ensure their comfort.
Our laundry facilities include a washing machine and all necessary detergents to keep your clothes fresh.
Additionally, ample free parking spaces are available outside the villa for your convenience.

The entire villa is private and exclusively accessible to guests.

Now retired and back in Portugal, I, Vera, the owner, divide my time between the mainland and this beautiful island after spending eight years in the United Kingdom.

We are here to ensure you feel completely at home. Whether you need recommendations for the best activities and places to explore, scenic 'Levada' hiking trails, local supermarkets, unique spots, beaches, boat trips, or even hidden gems far from the tourist crowds, we’ve got you covered.
That said, once you arrive at the villa, you might find it hard to leave its charm! :)

1. Pool Heating
The pool can be heated for an additional fee.

2. Tourist Tax
To comply with local regulations, we are implementing the recently introduced Tourist Tax (Municipality of Funchal - Regulation No. 764/2024).
Starting October 1, 2024, local accommodations in Funchal will charge a fee of €2 per person, per night, for up to 7 nights. Children up to and including 12 years old are exempt. The property owner is responsible for collecting and remitting this fee to the Municipality of Funchal.
- For reservations confirmed before October 1, 2024, the tax must be paid during your stay and can be settled in cash or via bank transfer.
- For new bookings, the tax will already be included in the applicable charges.

3. Guest Information Requirement
Guests will be required to provide personal data, including name, date of birth, ID card/passport number, nationality, and country of residence. This submission is mandatory under article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the recent Local Accommodation law in Portugal. This data will be communicated to AIMA (formerly SEF – Foreigners and Borders Service).
