Villa Sunshine is a charming holiday home with stunning views, located in a tranquil rural area near Armação de Pêra. With a private pool and a fantastic outdoor area, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.
On a single floor, the property features 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) that share a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower. The elegant open-plan living/dining room offers a comfortable space to relax, while the separate kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available.
Outside, sliding doors provide access to a shaded outdoor dining area with a portable barbecue. The extensive flowering garden surrounds the pool, with sun loungers to enjoy the sun.
An exterior staircase leads to the roof terrace, where you can enjoy 360-degree panoramic views and a stunning sunset.
Villa Sunshine is a short drive from Armação de Pêra, with shops, restaurants, and bars. Sandy beaches and golf courses, such as Salgados and Amendoeira, are also nearby.
Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests.
From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
