Everything was as described on VRBO! Loved the ocean/beach view, 3rd floor location & resort location to our favorite restaurants was very convenient. Only suggestion would be to UPDATE the shower fixtures in both bathrooms & definitely replace the COMFORTER/SHAMS in Master bedroom.

This property was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our trip. The view was AMAZING which justified the cost of the condo. Unfortunately tropical storm Bertha put a little kink in our vacation but we made the most of it.

Location, floorplan, proximity and view of beach exceeded our expectations - while our stay was limited (2 nights), we were able to make the most of reduced crowds and open beaches.Condo is fully-loaded with all the amenities needed for both the pool and beach.We look forward to an extended return visit.

Great Beachfront Getaway for Small Families

The direct beach access was far more convenient than other places we’ve stayed in the past. Having multiple pools to choose from was a huge bonus, and the on-site café made breakfast and lunch super easy. The condo was as-listed and came well equipped with everything we may have needed. This spot was perfect for our family, and we’ll definitely be coming back for our next vacation!

Great Beach

We loved our stay at Pelican Beach. The booking, communication, check-in and check-out process couldn’t have been easier. The location is perfect. You can walk to most of what you’ll need, or have a short drive to the best restaurants and entertainment spots. But the real star of this show is the beach - you won’t want to leave!

Absolutely loved staying here! Security was wonderful and made you feel safe with little ones. My mother in law is particular about cleanliness and said it was the cleanest place she’s ever stayed. Can’t wait to come back and would recommend to friends and family!

Perfect vacation spot

This was our first time to Destin and we were amazed with our fantastic condo. The kitchen had everything we needed the rooms were great and the views from the balcony were perfect. Yavuz is a wonderful host helping with information and recommendations. Really appreciated the beach chairs. Highly recommend this property and will be returning in the future.

Beautiful

We had a wonder stay at Destin. The condo was very clean. The owner was super responsive. With the condo being on the 3rd floor it is convenient. Also has an amazing view of the ocean. I will definitely stay again.
