Good value for money

We stayed at the apartment for 3 nights, and overall the stay was pretty good, the only blemish in the apartment is that it can be pretty cold during winter but with the heater on it’s alright. The biggest problem for us was parking, we would come home a bit late and we’d have trouble finding a spot to park in. All in all, the stay was pleasant and I’d recommend it for a small family since it’s located in a very good spot not too far from the airport or the city centre.

Temperature

Difficult to communicate with the hosts since he didn’t speak English, there is no heat. TV was bad, keeps going on and off. Overall though place was nice and hosts very nice. Would stay here again.

La comunicación con el propietario ha sido nula a pesar de que aparece un móvil nunca atiende el mismo y en los correos tampoco los atiende, el anuncio no indica que no tiene ascensor tema fundamental para aquellas personas que tengan problemas de movilidad. Con relación al comportamiento de la propiedad cuando se solicita información no responde y la única vez que me respondió fue para insultarme y faltarme al respeto algo que no me ha ocurrido nunca en los muchos países que he visitado a lo largo de una dilatada vida. No recomiendo este lugar por el comportamiento de la propiedad

La cocina está equipada con lo que se necesita lo siento si no lo viste de esa manera y lo de la ubicación te recomiendo utilizar el Google Maps para que no te pasean este tipo de situaciones en ninguna parte

El piso está un poco dejado , necesita más limpieza y muchas pintura, los colchones están muy deteriorados y hundidos , los muebles de la cocina unos arreglos, y el cuarto de baño un desastre humedad y la cisterna del WC no tenía tirador .

Muy mal. Cisterna estropeada,somier roto, la puerta del patio no se puede cerrar y está abierto a los vecinos. MUY MALrto al público la puerta del patio

La cisterna no estába dañada uds la dañaron y respecto al patio los huéspedes anteriores dañaron la cerradura por eso es que es mejor cobrar una fianza así las personas cuidan

Falta de higiene estragou a estadia

A estadia foi fraca devido ao facto de não haver limpeza e higiene na casa. A falta de higiene fez com que não nos sentissemos bem na casa. Toalhas de banho velhas e estragadas. Não havia toalha de rosto no wc. Os lençóis da cama eram velhos, estragados e sujos. Os colchões são horríveis. O facto de na cozinha haver uma porta que dá acesso a um terraço partilhado por outros moradores deu-nos alguma insegurança. O wc tem uma banheira minúscula e o autoclismo não funcionava bem.

El apto. estaba muy limpio, tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar alli, aunque comimos fuera. La ubicación muy buena y el trato con el encargado excelente, muy atento y amigable.

El propietario es amable pero no pudo solucionar el problema de la calefacción hasta el último día.

En invierno, el apartamento viene con calefacción insuficiente para todo el apartamento y la mayor parte del tiempo no pasa y hace mucho frío en el apartamento.

Hola Creo que desde el primer día te solucione lo de la calefacción igualmente siempre estuve pendiente las 24 horas prácticamente Pero bueno respeto tu punto de vista El apartamento lo dejaste realmente sucio Pero bueno espero mejorar este tipo de situaciones

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Unterkunft war nicht was wir erwarten haben. Internet hat nur halb funktioniert. Die Wohnung hat nur eine mobile Heizung mit Gas was uns gar nicht gut fanden allerdings die erste paar Tagen war in Madrid sehr kalt (um die 5°C). Die Heizung hat gar nicht funktioniert. Die Wohnung Ausstattung war auch Mangelhaft. Auto mussten wir etwas weiter parken um die 500 mts. da kaum Parkmöglichkeiten näher gab. Mit dem Metro musste man eine gute Stunden bin zum Zentrum fahren. Insgesamt wurden wir die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen.

Me parece increíble que Uds viviendo en Alemania aunque sean venezolanos sintieran frío en primavera creo que está muy claro lo de el aparcar el coche es bueno que hubieras leído antes de alquilarlo
