Lovely caravan, perfect site

Beautiful setting in a quiet location, close to the beach and California tavern. Fish and chips, curry, small shop all local. Perfect for dogs too

Lovely cosy van.

Homely van, spacious and even a bath. Lovely and warm, lots of hot water. Need to make sure you take all the essentials though - tea towels and scouring pads otherwise difficult to do the dishes.

TV RECEPTION APPALLING. GUY CAME OUT MONDAY INFORMED ME THE AERIAL WIRE NEEDS REPLACING BUT NEVER SAW HIM AGAIN AND I WAS THERE TILL SATURDAY. VERY POOR FROM VRBO

The maintenance contractor did visit and identified that the issue was due to the two aerials being connected together, we were not advised the property required a new aerial. Unfortunately, there may have been some miscommunication, and we have reminded our team of the importance of following up and checking in with guests to ensure everything is resolved. We’re sorry this issue was not fixed during your stay and understand your frustration. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will take steps to prevent this from happening in the future. Disappointing

Advertised as “lovely” but found a few things were not absolutely “lovely”. Carpets all stained with rugs curled up so they were dangerous and could cause tripping and injury. Windows were dirty, cushions all stained, tv didn’t work properly as picture kept going off to display an aerial problem. Overall, we made the most of our time there despite the weather being windy and showery.

Great caravan shame about the cleaning company

Excellent accommodation, very roomy and modern. Everything you need and more besides, until I got home and 2c holidays had charged me £36 for a spilt cup of tea on a mattress protector and pillow protector which they classed as damage. They apparently don’t wash anything as they don’t have the facilities for washing laundry so they have to buy new. I managed to get the bill down to £12 as they tried to charge me for 4 new pillows that weren’t even effected. As I told the rude manager of cleaning, I was very impressed with the caravan and location, shame about the cleaning company. I won’t be using 2c. Holidays again.
