Traditional Andalusian 4 bedroom townhouse on Calle Carabeo, in the very heart of Nerja. Spectacular views of the sea and the mountains. Steps away from the Balcón de Europa, a vast array of restaurants & bars and with direct access to several of Nerja's beaches directly from Calle Carabeo.

Playa Burriana offers many water sports, including kayaking tours, paragliding and pedalos. Various tours of the surrounding villages and countryside are available to be booked locally.

Wonderful stay in Nerja

This property is in an excellent location and worked great for a family with ages between 12 and 74. Check-in was easy and the property was clean. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a huge, well equipped property in the heart of the town. The location was perfect and the house is in a beautiful street which was bustling during the day but peaceful at bedtime.The views from the terrace were spectacular and we enjoyed relaxing on comfortable seating. The beach was a short walk away.The immediate location has everything you might possibly need during a holiday and we enjoyed food from a range of excellent tapas bars and other local restaurants.We loved everything about this property and Nerja.

At the heart of Nerja

The property is ideally located for the heart of Nerja. There is tons of space and it is cool and airy. The balcony and sun terrace are super with wonderful views of the sea.

Location location location

If you want to be where it is all happening, then this is the place for you! Within seconds you are on the Balcon, and from the top terrace you have a Birds Eye view of it also. Really large property, the 4 of us were lost in there! Be mindful, that the top terrace, where you would most like to sit/dine for the unbelievable fantastic views, is a long way from the kitchen. Would massively benefit from an outside kitchen and fridge larder on the first terrace, where there is huge space available. However, this certainly did not spoil our stay one bit. This ticked all the boxes for our group of 4 adults, 2 bathrooms and walking distance to centre, restaurants and beaches. I would certainly look to stay here again when next visiting Nerja.

Wir sind als Familie im Alter von 17-77 Jahren verreist. Das Haus ist sehr groß und die beiden Terrassen haben einen super schönen Ausblick. Deborah ist eine super Vermieterin. Sie hat uns immer und schnell bei Fragen geholfen. VielennDank, liebe Deborah. Wir haben uns in deinem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zu den Strönden und iin wenigen Gehminuten und die Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Nerja ist top. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Huge town house near Balcon

Excellent townhouse on the lovely Carabeo with room for big group of friends or family. Lots of space inside and terraces outside. Close to beaches and all that Nerja has to offer. Deborah the owner is great and communicates everything you need to know. It’s a lovely big house which is clean tidy but not too daunting so it feels comfortable. We rally enjoyed or stay.

Très belle maison idéalement située

Maison très grande, pleine de rangement et surtout propre. Localisation idéale mer et centre ville à 2 mn à pieds. Seul bémol pas de climatisation mais les propriétaires ont mit à disposition un ventilateur par chambre.

Absolute gem in Nerja old town

We had a wonderful stay in this huge townhouse. It’s on beautiful pedestrianised street in old town Nerja, location is great - close to beaches and restaurants and balcon de Europe. The house itself was spotless, lovely proportions and spectacular terrace, plus two balconies. Excellent communication with Deborah. Everything was excellent.
