Holiday

Me and my family loved the holiday the only thing let it down was the wi fi but it didn't deter the holiday as it meant we actually all spoke to each other

Hi Vincent, our pleasure to host you. We note the park wifi has not been performing well this year. This is beyond our control. We have only just got mobile phone signal here and are looking into better wi-fi solutions for all in the future. Kind regards Sonja

Nice new caravan

We had a nice stay, the property is extremely clean and well equipped. I was just disappointed that the listing states 3 bedrooms and in fact the 3rd bedroom is the lounge which meant very little storage for clothes. None the less we enjoyed our stay and visited lots of nice places in the surrounding areas

Perfect location and Caravan.

Checkin process was complicated as I didn’t realise this was a private caravan. Owners quickly resolved the problem and the caravan was amazing, exactly as it was on the website, clean and fresh. I will be returning at some point soon.

Thank you Paul, for your stay and review, yes, we have a key safe at the holiday home, no need to check in at reception. All is contained in the holiday home. Specifically and from now on the code is in the welcome email, marked "Access codes" Hopefully all resolved now and the booking provider will ensure that happens in future. Kind regards Sonja
