We had a lovely stay at The Apple House with our two labradors. The house is gorgeous, cosy, everything we were looking for! We were greeted with welcoming gifts which was a lovely surprise. Would definately recommend

A very cosy stay in west dorset

We were the first visitors to apple cottage for new year. A beautiful, solid brick cottage, restored with care and v cosy with underfloor heating downstairs and a large wood burning stove . We cooked up a storm in the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed eating in the restored dining area. Everything was top quality, comfy beds, lovely bed linen etc. It's a beautiful area, v close to symondsbury and the Dorset lanes and onto Bridport and the coast. Fully recommend apple cottage 😊

Lovely place, peaceful location. Great Bathroom, Beds comfy, Knives sharp and pans non-stick, everything working as it should. Probably the best we've stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of places over years. Garden fenced well and secure for the Dog. You can access short walks from the house but its only 15 min to walking beaches like NT cogden etc. and Symondsbury 1 mile up the road. So we had a very enjoyable few days.

We have stayed in some lovely places over the years, and the Apple House is right up there with the best.Beautiful, tastefully furnished home with a picture perfect garden in a lovely peaceful setting, yet within an easy drive to lovely villages and towns like Lyme Regis and Abbotsford.The photos really don’t do it justice, and we could quite happily have stayed permanently!The welcome pack of local bread, butter, jam, milk and coffee was also a lovely surprise.Thanks Ed!
