Newly built apartment (2012), with parking, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Internet optional. Fully equipped and with central air conditioning, located in front of the sea, 2 community pools. Surrounded by restaurants, supermarket, bank / ATM, pharmacy. Children's playground, promenade. It is located 200 meters from the leisure area of a thousand palm trees but there are no night noises and you can rest perfectly with open windows. Large shopping center with all fashion stores 5 km. Sun all year.

This apart is situated in an amazing complex. Was lovely and clean, all essentials available, easy private parking and lifts.The views are spectacular and i spent quite a few hours on the balcony with a brew enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean. We had a few cold nights but were kept lovely and warm with the heating sytem. I had to contact the host Jose, who responded within an hour and supported me with my enquiries. Couldn't fault it and if returning to the area would look to book again. Thank you Jose.

Fantastic location, really helpful host

Amazing location with beautiful frontline views across the sea from the balcony. The host was really responsive to messages during booking and check in and cleanliness was excellent. The listing description was one bedroom but there was actually a second room.

Fantastic Apartment!!

This is an excellent apartment, very clean and decorated well. Wonderful sea view from balcony, a pleasure to sit out and here the waves Close to restaurants etc. Pharmacy round the corner and small supermarket. Jose was a pleasure to deal with prior to trip and day of arrival. Highly recommend and will be back in the future.

Bonitas vacaciones

Bonito apartamento, con vistas impresionantes al mar desde la terraza. Con todo lo necesario y más, para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas. Farmacia y supermercado a la va la vuelta de la esquina con carnicería y charcutería, fruta y verdura etcétera. Totalmente recomendable. Estamos deseando volver.

Perfect beach flat

A great little flat within very close proximity of the beach. With lift access plus a good sized terrace with very good views. Great onsite amenities (3 pools, tennis court) and impeccably well maintained grounds.

Schöner Urlaub in toller Wohnung .

Wir sind dem Schmuddelwetter in Deutschland für 60Tage entflohen und hatten von Ende Januar- bis Ende März 8 Wochen Sonne mit Temperaturen von 16-25 Grad .Der Rest war Wind und auch mal Regen .In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt.Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert aber Vorsicht !!! Die Spanier sind Toreos und kämpfen um jeden Platz ,sie aczeptieren keine Regeln und die Polizei macht mit .

Wir waren über Silvester in dem Apartment und es war einfach ein unvergesslicher Jahreswechsel. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Apartment ist einfach toll, es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und das Bett war bequem. Das Heizen war überhaupt kein Problem, mit der Klimaanlage und den vorhanden Heizkörpern hatten wir es Abends immer schön warm. Der Balkon ist schön groß. sodass man gemütlich draussen sitzen kann, der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach phantastisch - einziger kleiner Minuspunkt, zu unserer Reisezeit kam leider keine Sonne auf den Balkon (Nordseite). Aber bei der Lage direkt am Strand war das nicht weiter schlimm. Jose ist ein super netter Gastgeber - auch unsere späte Anreise nach 22.00 Uhr war kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

La descripción del anuncio es exactamente la realidad. Su dueño Jose Ignacio una persona muy atenta. La propiedad esta en muy buen estado. Recomendable 100%. Supermercado, cajero, bares, restaurantes, farmacia y buenas playas todo al lado de casa, todo ello sin que influya para un buen descanso, nada de bullicios. La terraza tiene unas vistas espectaculares y las piscinas de sal son estupendas.

La descripción del anuncio es exacta con la propiedad, muy buen estado, buen servicio por parte de Jose Ignacio (el propietario) . Buena zona con toda clase de servicios (supermercado, restaurantes, buenas playas todo al lado de casa), eso no impide que las noches sean muy tranquilas y sin bullicios, las piscinas de la urbanización (de sal) excelentes. Location conforme au descriptif Nous avons séjourné dans cette location pour la 2ème année consécutive. Nous ne pouvons que confirmer notre avis de 2016. Très bon accueil, propriétaire très sympathique. Appartement moderne, très propre, très confortable avec tout le nécessaire. La grande terrasse avec vue sur mer et sur les piscines est très agréable. Le garage souterrain très appréciable. C'est une résidence très calme et très bien entretenue. La présence d'une supérette et de petits restaurants à proximité est un plus. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

El sitio perfecto para descansar y disfrutar

Pasamos unas super vacaciones en la playa. El piso es moderno, completo, limpio y con todo lo que necesitas. Con una terraza amplia y unas preciosas vistas al mar. La zona muy tranquila; muy cerca de la playa y del pequeño supermercado y la farmacia. Puedes aparcar tu coche en el garaje. José Ignacio es muy amable y nos ha contestado enseguida a todas nuestras preguntas antes de reservar. Recomiendo a parejas que quieran disfrutar de la maravillosa zona de Mil Palmeras y alrededores en un piso muy cómodo.
