With on-site parking and only a five minute walk to the harbour front and beaches, this cosy self-contained apartment makes the perfect base for couples looking to explore St Ives and West Cornwall.

The spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area has lovely open wooden beams and is furnished with cosy sofa and armchair and Smart TV.

The newly fitted kitchen boasts oven with hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, half size dishwasher and washer/dryer.

There is also a dining table with seating for two.

The spacious and bright master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and ample storage.

The shower room offers a rainforest shower, wash basin and WC.

Marcel escape Saint Ives Cornwall

We were warmly welcomed by Lynn and Cleaning Team, The key was in the front lock door. We were in close location of beach and lovely short walks into the hill’s supermarkets restaurants and bars were all available on doorstep the apartment with calm comfortable and it makes all of the necessary requirements that we had as a couple. We will return again.
