The apartment consists of a living/dining room, kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood and dishwasher. Living room with TV smart.
Master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes with mirrors. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms with sink and toilet, one has a bathtube and the other bathroom a shower. The apartment has air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the house. There are ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms.
Free Wi-Fi.
The terrace in front of the living room gives access to the stairs to the solarium with private pool, outdoor lighting, pergola and BBQ.
The apartment is located in the urbanization Paraíso Playa , with green areas and also a community pool for adults and children. Elevator in the building. Several bars and restaurants at about 150m and a large supermarket at about 1600m.
All a few meters from the beach of Cala Marqués, and Playazo de Vera.

Il devrait être signalé que des camps et hôtel de naturistessont voisins et que vous risquez à tout moment de croiser des gens nusle local technique de la piscine n'est pas insonorisé et visible et le sol est très glissantil y a 15 marches pour accéder à la terrasse et chaque marche fait plus de 20 cm, ce qui est rédhibitoire pour des personnes agées ou à mobilité réduiteIl n'y a pas assez de vaisselle et couverts pour 4 personnes (3 cuillères à café, pas de couteau méritant ce nom etc...) donc pas de nécessité de lave vaissellesi vous cherchez le calme et la quiétude, passez votre chemin car à partir du 15 juin, ça commence à être l'invasionil faut aimer être dans une zone touristique avec constructions de partout et donc nuisance sonore de par les engins et travaux

Lugar tranquilo para pasear, cercano a restaurantes y ocio. Lo único negativo es que en 6 km de playa no puedes ir con perro.

Ático Vera Playa

El ático está situado en una excelente zona con unas inmejorables vistas. Todo el equipamiento interior y exterior estaba nuevo, la piscina privada en perfecto estado. En fin, un ático ideal para pasar unas vacaciones. Gerard muy atento en todo momento.
