Beautiful villa and a very quiet area .we only rent rooms for now and not the entire villa.
Next to national park and the artificial lake off the City Tirana!
Free car park, nice garden and plenty of space around the villa.
Not far from the city centre,only 7 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk.

Not clean, not nice - No recommendation

We booked three rooms for a family. They were on different levels and not clean (hairs on the ground, garbage in the room). No kitchen, just a fridge. On the good side is the new and free washing machine. The way to the city is walkable. The highway is very loud - you can't have the windows open... Parking is a mess - they have a garage but it is allways blocked by owners or handymans cars. An absolute no-go is that the owner was in the room while we were away and that all rooms have the same key!

I absolutely disagree with this family who came to our property!!! There is not even one thank you from them after doing so much for them! And to be honest the price they paid it doesn’t even cover what they even spent on electricity,washing up clothes more than 4 washing full loads a day and also Leaving all lights on and air conditioning!!! I regret having this family and will never accept them again. Not surprised they left this review for us after who they are,it’s really sad. Just to explain to people who see this, we do have clean rooms all the time and a garage with plenty of spaces to park around but the only thing I agree is yes we had people working still on the property (other side of the building)and they also had cars around so that makes sense to be more messy and not because they did it on purpose.and last one yes the owner went to the room to fix the boiler for the air conditioning as we have the boiler on the balcony of one of the rooms they booked. I would also say an absolute not to host this family as they also have kids who make an absolute messing around with everything they see!
