The Le Dune apartment is located at the foot of the hill overlooking the village of SANT Anna Arresi from where it is possible to admire a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Porto Pino that ranges from Sant Antioco to the islets of Vacca and Toro and the IS Arenas dunes. Blancas which makes it a unique location for the country.
Its position allows you to reach the beautiful beaches of Porto Pino in a few minutes and the neighboring beaches in half an hour (from Sant'Antioco to Tuerredda and Chia).
The newly built apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms with respective bathrooms with shower, living room with smart TV plus sofa, kitchen and terrace equipped with chairs and table from where you can admire the breathtaking view.
The fully equipped kitchenette has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4 burners, dishes, pots, etc.
The apartment inside the private property can be reached through an automatic gate and has a private car park

Petite maison au fon du jardin (mitoyenne d'une côté - à louer aussi) très propre et bien équipée (manque 2, 3 bricoles : verres à vin, économe, bol...). Au calme, jolie terrasse. De quoi laver et étendre le linge dehors, douche extérieure. Piscine partagée. Chemin de terre pour accéder à la maison en fin de route et aucun panneau pour indiquer l'endroit. La propriétaire (gentille et serviable) habite sur place avec sa famille et ne parle qu'italien donc la communication écrite seule n'est pas toujours très facile et réactive. Proche de restaurants et commerces. Voiture recommandée

Meravigliosa vacanza

Abbiamo trascorso 10 bellissimi giorni di vacanza in questo appartamento spazioso, curato e di recente costruzione. L' appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio, molto pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie,TV, wifi), silenzioso ed in posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge di Porto Pino, ma anche quelle di Chia, l'isola di Sant' Antioco e le spiagge più ad ovest. Unica nota: la strada per raggiungerlo è sterrata e un pochino sconnessa, ma tranquillamente percorribile con una normale auto. La signora Milva è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliamo di soggiornare qui a chiunque voglia godersi una bella vacanza da queste parti.
