A 50-square-meter holiday home nestled among pine trees, suitable for a maximum of 4 guests.
The property is located in the tourist area of ​​Porto Pino (Municipality of Sant'Anna Arresi, SU), just 30 meters from Porto Pinetto beach.
This is a natural, unspoiled beach that undergoes morphological changes depending on the time of year.
Bookings and stays are managed directly by the owners, and availability is constantly updated, so there is no need to request confirmation before booking.
We rent exclusively through major platforms and do not conduct transactions outside of them.

The property layout is as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with cookware/dishes, oven, fridge/freezer, and coffee makers.
- Entrance area with a table for 4 and a mosquito-repellent lamp.
- Bathroom with shower enclosure and hairdryer.
- Child-sized toilet.
- Air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and remote-controlled fan.
- Air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and remote-controlled fan.
- Veranda with a table for 4 and a mosquito-repellent lamp.
- Outdoor area with deckchairs and a small table for 4.

There is another holiday home on our property, which spans approximately 1,000 square meters in total.
Each home has exclusive and independent use of an outdoor area of ​​approximately 500 square meters.
They share only the main entrance to the car parking area, ensuring privacy and no disturbance between the two units. Supplied accessories:
- Kitchen: tea towels, pot holders, tablecloths, dish soap (welcome pack), sponge and cloth, recycling bags, and a bottle of fresh water.
- Bathroom: liquid soap (welcome pack), bath mat, and toilet paper (welcome pack).
For light cleaning, the following are available: indoor and outdoor brooms, dustpan, bucket and mop, and floor cloths.

The resort area of ​​Porto Pino offers all key amenities, including a market, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, local products, parapharmacy, ATM, tobacconist, bars, meat and seafood restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, and shops selling souvenirs, beach gear, and fishing supplies.

In the center of Porto Pino, you will find the "First Beach" (Prima Spiaggia), the "Second Beach" (Seconda Spiaggia), and—further along—the beach featuring the Is Arenas Biancas dunes. These beaches offer both free-access areas and sections equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, restrooms, bars, and restaurants.
On the outskirts of Porto Pino, you will find Porto Pinetto beach (also known as Porto Pineddu), Cala su Turcu beach (Spiaggia dei Francesi), and Su Portu de Su Trigu beach. These beaches remain in their natural state and lack facilities, with the exception of snack bars at the latter two locations.

In Porto Pino, it is possible to rent inflatable boats (RIBs), bicycles, quad bikes, and cars. Boat trips and horseback riding excursions can also be arranged.

NOTES:
- Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
Dogs are free to visit the small beach just below the property or the designated dog-friendly beach located in the center of Porto Pino (between the First and Second beaches).
- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, at any time of day or night; early check-in is not possible due to logistical reasons.
Check-in can be handled either in person or remotely, depending on the needs of both the property and the guests.
- Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the property.
- Reservations with arrival or departure on August 15th (Ferragosto) are not accepted.
- Kitchen provisions and beach equipment are not provided.
- Any services not listed or mentioned in this advertisement are not available.
- Charging electric cars is not permitted.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Mitten im Pinienwald und nur ein paar Schritte zum sehr schönen Sandstrand. Die Unterkunft ist allerdings sehr beengt und sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Draußen konnte man sich kaum aufhalten, da eine Invasion von asiatischen Wespen und Moskitos.

If a Holiday Home called 'Rustico Porto Pino' is booked, it is normal that upon arrival you will find a rustic structure. Obviously the photos of the ad correspond to reality, so it is useless to book if you already have reservations and then complain in a review. Mosquitoes and wasps are unfortunately part of nature and can be present (as not) during the hot times of the year and applies to all tourist resorts. In the case of their presence, the remedies are the sprays to be used on the person and the spirals to be used in the open air. In addition, the outdoor veranda is equipped with both a mosquito lamp and mosquito nets, so you can stay without being disturbed.

Bellissima vacanza

Abbiamo trovato la casa esattamente come descritta e apprezzato la pulizia. Posto tranquillo, riservato e confortevole. Il Signor Saiu si è mostrato gentilmente disponibile per ogni nostra possibile necessitå, ma non è stato necessario perche tutto era perfetto e vicino al rustico sono presenti vari servizi di prima necessità. Senz'altro da consigliare per una vacanza rilassante immersi nella natura. A.C.

Het huis is basic en maar voor 2 personen. Is veel te klein voor 4 personen. bij slecht weer kan je nergens zitten of buiten onder het afdak. Er staat een zetel op de site die niet aanwezig is. Er zijn 2 huizen op het terrein, staat ook niet op de site. Keuken zeer basic. Douche zeer klein (50 x 50 cm) Zeer veel muggen aanwezig

As advertised, the Holiday Home can accommodate up to 4 people, so it is ideal for a couple, a couple with children/teenagers, or singles. Inside there is a room with a table and chairs, where you can eat if the weather is bad outside. In the property, about 1000 square meters large, there is also another Holiday Home, each has about 500 square meters available, they are independent, one does not disturb the other and they have in common only the entrance for cars. There may be mosquitoes depending on the day, as they are everywhere in the summer and in hot places, but just in case you need the appropriate sprays and the problem is solved.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa.Très bien située. Au calme et à deux pas de la mer. Restaurants très proches aussi. On pouvait facilement y aller à pied. Plusieurs magasins aussi à proximité.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida struttura per 7 giorni... che dire... Woow!! Ambiente tranquillissimo a 2 minuti di macchina dal centro, la pineta in cui si trova la casa rende fresco anche nelle giornate più calde (38° all'ombra) per chi ama immergersi nella natura più selvaggia,vedere posti incredibili e trovare cordialità e gentilezza questo è il posto giusto!! Natur pur ! Für Naturliebhaber ohne "Schnickschnack" im Haus :)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt an diesem Ort ! Es ist/war eine Wohltat an den Fenstern überall Insektengitter zu haben !!! Es war selbst jetzt noch eine Plage :( Etwas mehr Besteck und neuere Pfannen wären schön gewesen ... zwei Weingläser auch :) .Alles andere war ausreichend vorhanden. Der Strand ist 150m entfernt und er ist nicht zum Baden geeignet,- überall scharfkantige Felsen bzw. Sandstein. Aber man kann wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten mit einem Gläschen Wein :) ! Zum Einkaufen konnte man sogar laufen,- ein kleiner Laden war in der Nähe...es wird dort sogar deutsch gesprochen. Eine Pizzaria die man zu Fuß erreichen kann ist auch in der Nähe sehr lecker .... Die Übernahme des Hauses sowie die Rückabwicklung der Schlüssel war in Ordnung , - wobei es selbst mit dem Englischen nicht so "gut "klappte" :) Wir können es weiterempfehlen ,- wenn man von ein paar Kleinigkeiten absieht ! :) Wir kommen noch ein 5 tes Mal nach Sardinien :) !!!

Ospitalità mancata

E l'ottava volta che visitiamo la Sardegna affittando sempre case , per la prima volta non ho trovato la tipica ospitalità sarda . Andiamo per gradi, affittiamo la biancheria , arrivando in aereo ci era impossibile portarla , paghiamo €15 a persona come stabilito , ci vengono fornite lenzuola anche se pulite usurate , nella "dotazione di cucina " così definita non sono previsti gli strofinacci , alla nostra richiesta ci viene risposto che si sporcano ed è molto difficile farli tornare puliti dovendoli buttare ogni volta , forse il propietario non vede la TV dove la pubblicità per fare diventare tutto bianco abbonda di prodotti. ..... passata una settima chiediamo il cambio visto che soggiorniamo per 15 giorni , ci viene risposto che è " una casa vacanza e non un albergo , e che se volevamo il cambio avremmo dovuto.pagare altri €15 ,a persona . Francamente nelle nostre precedenti. esperienze ogni settimana ci venivano cambiate senza dover farne richiesta e soprattutto senza dover pagare nuovamente. Capitolo cucina , priva di contenitori per il sale lo zucchero e il caffè , manca un banale tagliere. È vero sono piccole cose ma appunto per questo con pochi euro puoi dare all 'ospite un confort maggiore. Capitolo bagno , in bagno di servizio nella camera piccola e dotato di un WC che avevo visto solo negli asili nido e privo di scovolino , anche qui alla nostra richiesta ci è stato risposto che non è previsto nella dotazione . Ci chiediamo ,noi siamo 4 adulti, la casa è studiata e adatta ad una famiglia con 2 bambini , ma i bambini non vanno in bagno ? E se sporcano non sarebbe giusto avere uno scovolino? Dover andare nell'altro bagno attraversare la cucina per prendere quello in "dotazione" ci sembra francamente troppo , anche questa cosa sarebbe stata risolta con pochi euro . Chi legge questa recensione forse non darà importanza a quello che abbiamo scritto, ma , francamente sono cose che non ti fanno sentire accolti come abbiamo sperimentato in tutta la Sardegna ma solo dei turisti da "spennare". Caro Matteo medita su queste righe perché la casa è veramente carina immersa nel verde . P.S. Se siete amanti degli animali i vostri pranzi saranno sempre in compagnia di numerose vespe.... e di alcuni topini per cena ......

Tolle Unterkunft für Naturfreunde

Wir haben soeben 2 schöne Wochen in diesem Objekt verbracht. Optimal für Familien, welche keinen Schnickschnack brauchen. Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Bei Regen würde es ein bisschen eng, da die Zimmer nicht sehr gross sind. Ideal für eine Familie mit 2 kleineren Kindern. Das Grundstück ist gross und bietet jede Menge Platz zum spielen. Wunderschön gelegen unter Pinien. Auch die Nähe zum Strand ist toll. Einzige Minuspunkte: - Man sieht nicht, wie nahe das Nachbarhaus steht -Je nach Jahres- und Tageszeit: Mücken... Über alles gesehen eine tolle Unterkunft zu einem guten Preis. Wir würden Auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin gehen.

Our family had a lot of fun on vacation

Our family of three (2 adults and a child) spent 8 nights in this house and were completely satisfied with the accommodation conditions. Everything is absolutely consistent with the description on the site. In a large area among the pines there are two houses - one smaller, in which we lived and the other large (for a large company). But everything is arranged so that no one interferes with each other and therefore very quiet. Anyway, our neighbors weren't noisy. ) The house is very comfortable and clean. It is evident that everything is done with soul and taste. The house has everything you need to stay. Well, maybe we were a little short of air conditioning, because we are people of the North and are not used to the heat. But as we understood in Porto Pino air conditioning in the house - it's a rarity. We were met by Matteo - a very nice and polite young man who explained everything and was always in touch. I liked the location of the house - in a pine forest and near the sea. To go to the sea 2-3 minutes. We did not like the beach very much, but on the coast of Porto Pino there are many other beaches that can be reached on foot. The beaches are located in small bays and you can choose to your liking and taste. We drove to Dune beach (entrance 5 euros). The water in August is very warm and clean. However in some places was grass in the water (Posidonia), but you will always find a good the entrance to the sea with clean sand. Sardinia is beautiful-the sea is clean and very beautiful. Geht so

Gleich mal zum Hauptproblem: Mosquitos! Nicht nur morgens und abends sondern auch tagsüber war um die Hütte herum ein Aufenthalt im Freien ohne mehrfachen Schutz (Rauchspiralen, Spray und Kerzen) kaum auszuhalten. Ist keiner Schuld dran, hilft aber nix. Die Hütte selbst liegt eigentlich ganz schön in einem Pinienwald und nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand, zu Fuß zu jedweder Infrastruktur aber mind. 15 Min. Der Strand ist ganz nett, um ins Wasser zu kommen muss man aber erst über einige Felsen unter Wasser stackseln. Übergabe und Sauberkeit der Hütte völlig ok. Diese ist aber für 4 schon sehr beengt, Kinderbetten und -toiltette haben echtes Zwergenformat, die Küche ist ein dunkler, dünner Schlauch, der ab einer Gasflamme zur Sauna wird. Elternzimmer und -bad waren ok. Die ganze Hütte ist mit guten Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne Lage mit Nähe zum Meer und kühler Luft im Wald. Mückenspray nicht vergessen. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, gute Kommunikation. Haus etwas verwinkelt, aber gemütlich. Sehr gerne wieder!
