First floor apartment with excellent sea views. Set in landscaped gardens with 2 pools and open and shaded terraces for sun and relaxation. 5 minutes walk to lovely gently shelving sandy beach, ideal for young children. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk. The fishing village of Macaret is a pleasant walk, in high season there is a little train that goes there. Son Parc golf club is a 10 minute drive. Mahon airport 20 minutes drive.

Fantastic stay, super helpful host, the apartment was clean and really well equipped. Comfy bedding and a smart TV was a nice feature.Very close to the beach and supermarket and the pool is very family friendly.A lovely spot, a great host and a really enjoyable stay. Would absolutely recommend.

10/10 the best stay!

We had a wonderful 8 night stay. The apartment complex was beautiful, the gardens and pool area were immaculate. The apartment was in a great location with lovely view on the pool, inside was very ‘Spanish’ decor which was lovely and had everything that was needed. The host Paco was very responsive and helpful! 10/10 Arenal had a beautiful sandy beach, little supermarket with everything you need and some wonderful restaurants, La Paella, Viva La Pepa were our favourites! We will 100% be returning and thank you for a great stay!

Could be great with few improvements

Positive items : location near to the sea, swimming pool and terrace Négative items : very bad smell in the bathroom and poor quality of the beds Air conditionning would be fine ! Contact with Paco was very easy for arrival and departure

Location well situated to visit North of Minorca

The owner of the location is very kind ans instructions are very clear to reach the apartment. The location was very clean and very well equiped globally . We have been disappointed about several topcis : 1/Wifi is really very bad, it's impossible to reach internet website or to call by video with whatsapp 2/there were a bad smell in all the bathroom 3/the walls are very thin between 2 locations and we heard everything from the neighbours (child tears, child crying, conversation) so not easy to spend a good night

Sehr einfache Unterkunft ohne AC

Der Garten der Anlage ist schön mit vielen Pflanzen, aber das Appartement selber hat etliche Mängel: insgesamt abgewohnt, sehr schlechter Geruch im Bad und das Wlan funktioniert nur sehr selten. Der größte Minuspunkt ist die fehlende AC. Wir bekamen ein sehr lautes ( unmöglich zum Schlafen)tragbares AC Gerät für 95 € die Woche, das

Precioso y con casi todas las comodidades

El lugar es idílico. Tranquilo y bien cuidado. Unas vistas perfectas. Todo tipo de servicios alrededor. El apartamento esta muy bien. Ademas hay sombrillas, sillas de playa e incluso juguetes para los niños. Lo que yo mejoraria es el tema luz en las habitaciones. Quizas poniendo cortinas opacas. Ya que al no haber aire acondicionado, para que no entre luz hay que dormur con todo cerrado y hace muchisimo calor. Si no te importa la luz pues es seguro que no pasaras calor porque entra el aire bastante por la ubicación del apartamento. Ademas tiene muchos ventiladores. Nosotros pasamos un calor excesivo en las habitaciones porque dormiamos con todo cerrado y tapado con toallas para que no nos despertase la luz.. El sofa tampoco es nada comodo, pero la verdad estabamos todo el dia fuera o sea que no es algo importante. En resumen, es un sitio precioso y el propietario muy atento y simpatico en todo momento.

Logement très propre et bien équipé. Paco a le sens du détail. La communication est excellente tant pour l'entrée que pour la sortie. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine mais elle avait l'air très propre et le jardin bien entretenu. La situation est idéale pour graviter sur l'ensemble de l'île.

Très chouette séjour à Costa Arenal!

Emplacement très pratique pour la côte Nord, Mahon ainsi que la réserve naturelle du Nord. La vue mer ainsi que la piscine calme sont des vrais atouts. La communication avec Paco a été très pratique et Paco grandement apprécié!

Cadre très appréciable

Appartement bien équipé avec très belle vue sur la mer et également la piscine avec son beau jardin fleuri, calme. Pas de climatisation mais de nombreux ventilateurs. Petits commerces à côté mais peu de restaurants. Important d'avoir un véhicule (parking pas évident début août). Accueil facile et très sympathique, très serviable. Merci
