Ground floor apartment with its own child friendly garden and patio both bedrooms have mosquito blinds at the windows and aircon. .Some Sea views. Set in landscaped gardens with 2 pools and open and shaded terraces for sun and relaxation. 5 minutes walk to lovely gently shelving sandy beach, ideal for young children. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk. The fishing village of Macaret is a pleasant walk. Son Parc golf club is a ten minute drive. Mahon airport 20 minutes drive.

Nice stay in Menorca

Nice stay in this quiet apartment with a really good location to enjoy the island and the beach (5 minutes walk) The apartment is well equipped and iwe enjoyed the terrasse with the pleasant small garden.

Well equipped with lovely well maintained pool and gardens. Small problem with the toilet but this was fixed very quickly and didn’t affect our holiday. Helen the host very helpful on email, many thanks also to Bibianna

Very cute appartement for families. Everything we needed was available. As we where 3 young women who like to explore it was a bit too touristic. But with our car we had the opportunity to Explore the island.

Took my grandchildren aged 9&11. The apartment was exactly what we needed and well equipped. The pool is fairly large - a few steps away with lots of sunbeds and the water was very warm. A 10 minute walk takes you to the beach - one set of fairly steep steps en route - apartment provides parasols etc. lots of family friendly restaurants. Do remember to bring euros for air con in the apartment - highly recommend apartment & location for an easy holiday

Wonderful!

Lovely, clean apartment in a beautiful complex. Had everything we needed for our week's stay. Aircon and fans in both bedrooms were much appreciated. Super location, close to the beach and bus stop (we took trips to both Mahon and Fornells). Heated pool open 9am to 9pm; always plenty of sunloungers available. Thank you, Helen!

Fabulous stay 2x 60+ friends

What a fab place… new to us this year. Everything you could want in the apartment… including a dishwasher which was a definite bonus for us as we do our own cooking. Supermarket across the road and gorgeous beach just 5 minutes away. Gardens around the pool area were so pretty and well maintained. Helen was very responsive to a couple of questions. All instructions clear and concise. We had such a great relaxing 10 days. The only downside is it’s fully booked for same time next year

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine chez Helen, le logement est très bien équipé et ne manque de rien. La résidence est calme et bien tenue et bien située dans Arenal d'en castell avec la plage à quelques minutes à pieds. Il convient juste de préciser que la climatisation dans les chambres est payante (1 euros pour 3 h de clim dans les 2 chambres, 2 euros/6h etc), ce qui est très raisonnable et permet de responsabiliser les locataires, il y a par ailleurs des ventilateurs plafonniers dans les chambres. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour cet été!

Limpio y confortable, incluido cambio de sábanas y toallas a los 6 días. Cocina bien equipada. Piscina con mucho césped y hamacas. Por decir algo negativo, la descripción pone que hay secadora y mo es así y em aire acondicionado funciona con monedas, aunque sí hay ventiladores de techo en los dormitorios.

Ha sido una estancia perfecta. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario. Estuvimos 10 días, está muy cerca de la playa andando, el complejo en el que se sitúa el apartamento es súper tranquilo y tiene dos piscinas muy chulas. Dispone de dos habitaciones, una de Matrimonio y otra con dos camas. En la cocina hay todo lo necesario para cocinar, incluso había azúcar, sal… la verdad es que en caso de volver a Menorca, repetiría sin duda

El apartamento es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. Había productos de limpieza así como aceite, azúcar, sal, etc.. Lo que se agradece mucho. También hay sombrillas y útiles de playa y snorkel!

Hello, I'm Helen Fensome the owner of Apt 33 Costa Arenal, My first visit to Menorca was in 2002 when a last minute booking took me to the Island, I fell in love with the islands rolling landscape breath taking beaches & laid back atmosphere, it was like stepping back in time( England in the 50's ).I had dreamed of a place in the sun ,now it's reality, I like to come out to the apartment as often as I can now that I'm retired

Why they chose this property

we had looked at a number of complexes across the Island before deciding on Arenal, we love it's situation up on the hill over looking the sea, the lovely horse shoe bay just a few minutes walk away .Only a twenty minute drive to Mahon airport. And yet you can take a walk along the headlands and see Red kites ,in May the beautiful spring flowers wild garlic & Rosemary.
Take a boat ride round the harbour of Mahon lost of history there ,or take a car or Bus to Cuitdella the old capiltal of Menorca very Moorish,or just chill in the grounds.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is on a complex where all the apartments are privately owned, has one of the best kept gardens on the Island.Swimming pool and Childrens pool all are maintained to a very high standard. as is the apartment,after all it is our home.You will find all you need for a relaxing holiday.
