Great value property with great view of the Nith river. Would recommended and stay again if in the area. Be aware it is on a road with regular passing traffic. It was a shame you cannot view the river from the garden/patio area if sitting as the fence is too high. We overcame this by moving the table into the parking area outside the cottage boundary.For some (strange) reason there is no front gate which means you need to walk some distance to exit the property on foot.Also, BEWARE, if taking a dog there is an additional charge. On Vbro this is hidden away/not made obvious and only came to light when contacted by the letting agent asking for an additional fee - NOT ACCEPTABLE in this day and age.It will make me think twice about booking through Vbro again!!
