Picture yourself spending slow mornings by the pool, long lunches in the shade by the charcoal BBQ, and cosy evenings by the fireplace after a day exploring the Algarve.



Step inside to three air‑conditioned bedrooms arranged for comfort: on the first floor, two en‑suite double bedrooms; on the ground floor, a twin bedroom supported by a separate bathroom with shower. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with all the utensils you might need for simple, home‑style meals, and includes a table for six, so everyone can eat together comfortably.



The bright lounge features a dining table for six, a comfy 4‑seater sofa with chaise longue, fireplace and TV, with easy access to the outdoor area for relaxed indoor‑outdoor living.



Outside, guests love the privacy and all‑day sun around the 10 x 5 m swimming pool, while a charcoal BBQ and a cosy enclosed patio with dining table and table football just beside it become the natural hangout spots for snacks, games and evening chats between dips in the pool.

The Villa is very nice and very private

The Villa is very nice and very private. The Location is pretty remote, but we didn’t check that before. The bathrooms are in need of renovation, they had a terrible moldy smell, the showers have no power and the hot tub as well as the massage Option in the showers didn’t work. Also the TV is extremely old, I expected a smart TV for such a house. The Living Room doesn’t have AC, which made spending time in there unbearable. We still enjoyed very much. The pool is nice and big, but is also in need of a new filter, as the water was dirty and there algae on the pool walls. The algae is so bad, that our swimsuits were stained after spending too much time in the pool.

The villa was in a lovely quiet area (occasional dogs barking from next door during the day only). You do need to be a driverget taxis, as it's quite remote It's about a 5 minute drive to Loule town centre. The villa was spacious and clean and the pool area was lovely with comfortable sunbeds. There was a lack of sun shade but as soon as we requested an umbrella, they delivered and installed one on the same day which we really appreciated. There is plenty of parking and beautiful views all around. All 3 bedrooms had aircon but 2 of the units are quite old and could do with an upgrade to be more efficient. The 2 double beds in the upstairs rooms were very hard. My husband loved it but myself and my parents found it a bit too hard. It's totally subjective of course! You have to hold the shower heads to have a shower in the 2 ensuites and this could be easily rectified. All in all this is a great choice for a holiday villa!

Wonderful villa

Very nice villa with all facilities. An amazing swimming pool with a beautiful view. Well situated near Loule which is a living small city not too much polluted by hordes of tourists. We had some technical issues but the level of service of Seashell which was managing the house was reactive and excellent. The sole inconvenient but part of the Portuguese culture is the continuous barking of dogs during the night in the countryside which prevents from sleeping with open windows. We enjoyed the stay a lot

Great place but AirCon so noisy it prevented us from sleeping

Overall we loved the place. It’s huge, clean and the pool area is great. Communication with the management company was great apart from when it came to the ancient air con unit in the 2nd double bedroom. They kept ignoring the issue and fobbing us off. My brother and his partner could not sleep in the room it was so loud and we could hear it from our room too (our aircon had been replaced recently by comparison) it was so bad I asked for compensation which never came and they just stopped replying to my communications about it. Aside from this massive issue which you just don’t expect from a place this expensive, the place also just lacked some homely touches. For example we bought a couple of cheap lamps because otherwise it was just massive ceiling lights in the living room and hallway / stairs. And we bought warm white bulbs for the bedroom lamps as they were cold bright white previously. We also bought large wine glasses as the existing ones were tiny 70’s Pub style. No chairs on the massive shared balcony was really lacking - we moved some dining chairs up there. And the balcony doors from the landing could only be opened by lifting the Velcro’s down rug that was placed in front bizarrely. So, overall we enjoyed it but I wouldn’t go again unless I had reassurances that that air on had been replaced. And the one in the twin room that my brother resorted to sleeping in wasn’t much better

La casa es grande y limpia, la piscina está muy bien y la zona es muy tranquila. Necesitas el coche para moverte, pero contábamos con ello. Está a una distancia razonable de los principales puntos de interés de Algarve y el precio es razonable para lo que se ofrece. Volveríamos.
