Perfect

We stayed at Casa de Praca for 1 week and found it to be perfect for location and our needs. Fabulous tavernas and restaurants close by as was the train station and ferries to the beautiful islands too. We would definitely recommend this property. A fabulous week at this property and in Old Town Faro.

Wonderful house in excellent location

We loved the house. It was comfortable and stylish and had everything we needed. for our stay. It had a completely private terrace where we could sit in the sun for our morning coffee. The house was on a quiet square. It was less than 10 mins walk to the Marina and the old town. The owner was very accommodating and let us have a late check out. We loved it so much we have booked again!

This property has such potential to be a very special place. Unfortunately the management folks now running it seem to want to minimize expenses. A shame. Still a good location and the apartment has all the basic convinces you need.

Four nights in October 2023

Nice two storey apartment close to the town centre and marina. Ideal size for a couple. Would have preferred the kitchen and living area upstairs with the balcony. The stairs have gaps so felt a bit treacherous at night if needing to use the toilet without having to turn the light on. Very good communication from property manager. We really liked Faro. Lots of bars and restaurants. Ferry to the beach cheap and easy.

PEUT MIEUX FAIRE

A l'arrivée il manque un livre d'accueil, reprenant les fonctionnements des divers appareils. Nous avons constaté rapidement que l'équipement en ustensiles de cuisine est adapté aux courts séjours et repas au restaurant... Nous avons loué 13 nuits, il a fallu insister plusieurs fois pour un changement des draps et linge de toilette, qui s'est réalisé 3 jours avant notre départ... Les dysfonctionnements signalés par SMS et MAIL (notamment le sifflement strident du ballon d'eau chaude après utilisation et la panne du téléviseur à l'étage) n'ont pas été résolus, malgré une visite d'un collaborateur sur place... L'impression globale, situation, aménagement, calme, est très défavorablement impactée par ces incidents, dommage!!!

Bon après-midi, Merci d'avoir réservé avec nous. Chaque fois qu'une situation nous est signalée, nous agissons le plus rapidement possible afin que tous les invités puissent vivre la meilleure expérience possible. Notre technicien m'a expliqué que le bruit du thermocouple était normal, il n'avait aucune incidence sur son fonctionnement. Nous nous excusons pour le retard dans le changement des serviettes et des draps. Concernant la vaisselle, il s'agit en fait d'un appartement en location courte durée, c'est donc un logement de proximité. Merci, HDproperties.

Séjour en Algarve juin 2022

Appartement très bien situé au décor design. Par contre l’équipement en matériel pour la cuisine ne permet pas d’élaborer grand chose ( 2 assiettes plates, 4 creuses…) nous en avons fait part au gérant. Remarque importante : la serrure de la porte d’entrée dysfonctionne. Nous en avons fait les frais et sommes restés coincés dehors.

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage, alles Wichtige bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Apartment war sauber und ordentlich. Empfang und Service waren vorbildlich. Küche mit allem ausgestattet und sauber. Würde jederzeit wieder dieses Apartment buchen :-)

Lage und Sauberkeit gut. Einrichtung mäßig und zu wenig Stauraum.

Es wirkt auf den Bildern etwas geräumiger als es ist. Leider kaum anständige Möglichkeiten um seine Kleidung usw unterzubringen. Die Möbel waren eher alle von billiger Qualität. Leider gab es auch nur drei Teller, was selbst für zwei Gäste wenig ist. Im Bad gab es keinerlei Ablagefläche was zu zweit schon sehr schlecht ist. Dafür dass die Wohnung für bis zu drei Leute ausgeschrieben ist, geht das leider gar nicht. Die Lage ist super zentral zum Stadtzentrum. Das Parken ist kostenlos vor der Tür möglich. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war sehr nett und zuverlässig. Bei einem solch hohen Preis für zwei Wochen hätte man aber von der Qualität weitaus mehr erwarten können. Wieder buchen würde ich, aber nicht mehr zu so einem Preis. Eindeutig KEINE Empfehlung diese Unterkunft mit mehr als zwei Personen zu buchen.
