The villa enjoys a view of the sea in front of the natural reserve of the Costa di Carro Park, near the baroque cities of Scicli, Modica and Ragusa Ibla, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco.
It consists of a double bedroom (with air conditioning), a single and a twin bedroom, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen overlooking the garden and the sea, with a large veranda overlooking the garden.
