We really enjoyed our stay . Just a few things that we expected to be better for the price of the property. There were stains on the carpets down stairs . En suite shower was looking tired . No instructions on how to use the heating and some wood for the fire would have been nice .

Accommodation for walking holiday on SW coast path.

The house was well positioned and spacious however could do with a bit of tlc. It lacked cosiness. We arrived at 7pm after walking all day and two of the showers wouldn't provide hot water so we had cold ones and only the one that makes it's own hot water worked. We managed to get some hot water out of one the next day but the one downstairs was never hot I think due to the difference in my pressure between the hot and cold water. Some pans in the cupboard were dirty and rather thrown in and a chair was a bit broken. My friends rent out properties so we're very underwhelmed. There were no instructions in the folder and the first night we couldn't work out the microwave which was irritating. We eventually worked it all out but instruction and a welcome pack would have indeed been welcome. Not sure I could recommend it.
