This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is located in Les Fonts just a short 10 minutes drive from the cosmopolitan resort of Javea, with its beautiful beaches and stunning bays along the coast line. Its many wonderful restaurants, bars and designer shops.

The villa sits in large private gardens with all day sunshine. The garden is fully enclosed and large automatic gate with a driveway for several cars.

The villa is situated on 2 levels the upper level with a very inviting private swimming pool, with shower, surrounded by terraces. There is lighting for the evening and the pool light can be lit too so you can enjoy al fresco dining overlooking your own private pool.

The naya (covered terrace) has beautiful sofa and chairs to relax. There are 8 sun loungers provided around the pool. A gazebo over looking the pool with dining for 8 people and an electric grill for cooking.

On the lower level of this beautiful garden you will find a further stylish and comfortable outside sofa for 8 people under a purpose built pergola, along with your very own private bar with fridge, a quality gas BBQ and further dining for 8 people. The outside space and furniture at this villa is fabulous.

On entering the villa though patio doors from the naya, you are greeted by a stylish and light living dining room, with beam ceilings and ceiling fan.

Comfortable seating, large flat screen TV with Amazon fire stick to allow different languages to suit our guests , along with the all important wi-fi.

Off the living room is a modern and well equipped kitchen with built in oven, microwave, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and all important dishwasher. The kitchen is well equipped with glasses, crockery and cutlery, including acrylic wear for around the pool and even a cool box if you take a trip to the beach.

From the kitchen you can take the rear door down steps to the further terrace area with more sun loungers, outside sofa, dining table and your very own bar under the beautiful pergola..

There is a hall way leading from he living room and here you will find 3 bedrooms. All well furnished, light and modern.

The large master bedroom over looking the side of the property, has a Daiken air con unit as well as ceiling fan. The bedroom is spacious and well furnished with lots of storage space. It benefits from its own modern en suite with shower, vanity unit and wc.

Off the hall is also a double bedroom over looking the rear of the villa. Again there is a Daiken air con unit and ceiling fan plus lots of storage space.

The twin room off the hall again is spacious with Daiken air con unit plus ceiling fan. This room over looks the side of the villa again with lots of storage space.

There is a further shower room off the hall with large shower, bath, sink and w.c. Again is it modern, clean and fresh.

On leaving the villa there is a apartment on the lower level of this villa, it is only rented with the villa, making this a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa. The villa is solely for one family.

In the apartment you will find a super king size bedroom with a further ensuite with shower, wc and vanity unit.

This room also includes the all important washing machine.

The villa is a beautiful well equipped and well maintained villa in a lovely large private garden with a beautiful pool. There are mosquito nets on all windows, traditional rejas on the doors for added security.

There are neighbours either side but to the rear there are open countryside views.
The villa is located in a quiet residencial area but close enough to get to Javea by car in 10 minutes or so, where you an enjoy the stunning beaches, the old town of Javea, the Marina or further along the coast some beautiful little bays.

The villa is maintained and cleaned to the highest standard. All surfaces are cleaned with anti bacterial cleaner as per covid regulations. Al linen is provided including towels and are laundered professionally. Pool towels are also provided.

Quality Villa in Benitachel

We have rented villas in the area of Javea and Moraira since 1999 and this is, without doubt, the best. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac backing onto a woodland area, ideally located between Javea and Moraira where there's an excellent choice of Restaurants. Villa Suenos D'Ora is furnished to a high standard for eight people and has a modern well equipped kitchen with all the necessary items to cook a meal for eight. If you prefer to eat alfresco you've a choice of two gas BBQ's, one in the bar and one near the pool. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. There's lots of comfortable furniture on the patio near the pool and also at the bar. There's a large Mercadonna supermarket in Javea and one between Benitachel and Moraira, as well as a smaller masymas supermarket in Benitachel. Most importantly for the young ones there's wifi installed! 😁 Michelle the property manager is very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

Have stayed in the Javea area in a number of villas over the past 20 years or so. This villa is up with the very best of them. Everything has been thought of to ensure guests are supplied with what they need (including separate beach towels for all guests). All rooms are very modern and the attached downstairs apartment was brilliant for grandparents to get a wee bit of well earned peace and quiet at the end of each day. The new bar in the downstairs area is a great idea and a place to relax at night. Definitely need a car to stay here, although we were well aware of this before we came. However, the peace and quiet in the area is well worth it! Great villa, great holiday and well managed by Michelle who kept us right from the beginning and also left us a few drinks on arrival which were very much appreciated (arrived at midnight). Looking forward to hopefully staying again next year. William

We are a professional team who understand the importance of your holiday experience. Having saved hard and looked forward to your holiday all year, you want to arrive to a spotlessly clean villa, which is what you get from us. All the linen is laundered professionally, so its crisp and fresh.The villas are all very well equipped and maintained to the highest standard. Many are the homes of the owners who simply rent during the height of the summer. If theres a problem we are only a phone call / whatsapp away. We will always do our best to sort any problem as quickly as possible, it doesn't happen often but if it does you know we are there. There is a taylor made book in each villa with instructions on the villa and the area.Having rented and managed villas in the area for the past 20 years, we know the little things that create a problem immediately, like how the TV works, wifi code, its all there to see quickly so you can get your holiday started as soon as you have unpacked your case.My Husband and I were both born in Doncaster. We bought our first villa in the year 2000. The villa rented very well and in less than a year we bought 2 more villas to rent. In late 2003 we sold our house in the UK, which we had designed and built ourselves. We gave up 2 professional jobs and moved to Spain to live and have never looked back. We rent our own villas and also rent and manage other villas in the area.Our standards are very high and this is reflected in our properties. We work hard to ensure that your holiday is perfect from start to finish.

You will find several large supermarkets in Javea Mercadona, Masymas, Aldi, Lidl as well as Consum there are lots to chose from.There are some many fabulous restaurants in Javea to dine and to suit all pockets from the fantastic value of menu of the day to al a cart Michelin star restaurants.The villa is a modern spacious villa and garden and the owners have gone to great expense to ensure that everything is of excellent quality. All outside dining and BBQ are new for 2021. The villa really is a great place to spend a holiday. The villa has not been rented before and 2021 is the first year.
