Coral House is newly refurbished to a high standard and sleeps between 6-8 guests. It has 'off road' parking & high speed fibre broadband 67 Mb/s.
Its central location makes it an ideal spot for families, with the town centre and beach a short walk away.
The property has 4 televisions, a w/machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and an electric hob/oven. Luxury bedding/towels and hairdryers are provided.
The property has a large private garden and patio and a separate BBQ area.
Coral House has been designed for extended families and is one of the few houses for rent in central Bournemouth. It is fully refurbished with a new kitchen, bathrooms and with new carpets and flooring throughout. It has 'off road' parking for several cars. It is a short walk (15-20 minutes) to the centre of town, beaches and much sought after Westbourne area. It has high speed fibre broadband (900 Mbp/s).
The property has three double bedrooms (one bedroom has a 'zip & lock' bed which provides either a King size bed or alternatively two single beds for children), a comfortable lounge with a bed settee, a dining room with a sofa and TV, a family bathroom, master bedroom ensuite and a ground floor toilet and basin. There are 4 televisions in the lounge (with Netflix), dining room and in two bedrooms (three SMART TVs).
The kitchen is fitted with new appliances including a washing machine, dryer, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and an electric hob and Neff oven. Luxury bedding/towels and hairdryers are provided.
The dining room includes its own separate seating/TV area. It provides access to a private garden/patio area with rattan table and chairs, and a BBQ area.

Our third visit to this lovely home. Great location, nice walk through the park to the town and sea front.The house is very clean and comfortable, with a well equipt kitchen. Great to gave a parking space too. Easy check in with information provided well in advance, the welcome gift is also much appreciated.
House was great for our stay, plenty of space. Kitchen was well outfitted, both rooms were nice. Hosts were super helpful and responsive, highly recommend
Our second stay at Coral House was welcoming and comfortable. The owners have made a lovely home away from home. My family very much enjoy the clean welcoming space and the convenient location.
Really lovely place to stay. Caroline and Kevin kept us informed prior to check in and kept intouch during our stay. Perfect location for everything we wanted to visit. We would stay again. Highly recommend.
We had a great stay at Coral House, loving the location. We walked the kids through the gardens down to the pier many times. The house had everything we needed for an extended stay. The owners responding quickly to any question and were very helpful. We would happily stay here again.
We visit Bournemouth frequently and are so happy we found this property! It is clean, easily accessible to the trails, the town centre and the BEST pizza place - Da Mario. The hosts are always available for concerns or questions. We love this property!

Our family of four traveled from the states to attend the annual Tank Fest in Bovington.
This lovely 3-level town house was a 30 minute drive to the festival. It's located in a fairly quiet area of the city.
The home has 3 ample-sized bedrooms with 2 full baths and half bath on ground level.
The home was exceptionally clean with a modern decor.
A parking spot is just adjacent to the building which was convenient. The secluded backyard is large with outdoor seating.
We spent most of our time at the Tank Fest, but ventured out to explore Bournemouth in the evenings. It is a beautiful city by the water with numerous restaurants and pubs.
We would highly recommend this rental, but if climbing stairs is an issue, maybe this vacation unit would not suit your needs.
The house is exactly as pictured, beautiful, modern and clean. It’s located about a 20 minute walk to Bournemouth pier and about 20 minutes Alum Chine beach. The walk is pretty easy with plenty of things to look at along the way.
The house has all the amenities anyone would require and more, 2 washes, 2 dyers, fans and TV’s in all bedrooms, it exceeded all expectations.
Caroline and Kevin are great at communicating and are very quick to act if anything needed looking at.
Long and short I would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking for a little UK beach holiday and I will hopefully get to return for another break.

We stayed for 2 nights and it suited most of our needs. The property is very nice. There's a Coop nearby to get provisions. And the beach is an easy drive and park nearby.
We had a really nice stay here. All the rooms/everything looked exactly like the listing. Nice garden too and all amenities were modern and worked well. Just a short walk into downtown Bournemouth. Great communications with the owner too.
